Centrum Advance 150 Tablets Exclusive Size

I received these products for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I have been using these multivitamin and mineral food supplements for a few weeks now, and while the tablets are a bit big, they are really easy to take with water after food. I appreciate that it has a wide variety of different vitamins, especially vitamin D, which makes it a helpful addition to my diet when I struggle to include all the necessary nutrients, rs during the winter months when my energy levels are at the lowest. I'm happy to continue taking them daily to see how much my energy levels improve.

A multi vitamin that’s easy to swallow with no strong or weird flavours. Encourages energy release with vitamin B6 B12 supporting an active lifestyle, good immunity support with vitamin C vitamin D, metabolism, support with biotin, chromium and zinc, contains vitamin A so not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding. Vitamin E for healthy skin and eyes, Vitamin K and Iron and folic acid. This has a range of other minerals that will support your body’s overall all nutrition. This is by far the easiest most pleasant multivitamin and mineral tablet I’ve taken. I’ll be buying more in 60 days time. 100% recommended.

a great collection of the most needed vitamins in our body all year round, and especially in the fall and winter when there are many viruses around. We supplement the whole family, including children. It's great that the packages contain quite a large number of ballet slippers, enough for a month for two people. Locking it is also great because children won't open it. I see an increase in immunity, which is the most important thing for me, so the effect is visible with regular use. I don't taste the pills myself, I just swallow them, so for me they are tasteless 😃 good price for the size .

I do like these multivitamins but I just think they are overpriced and you are paying for the brand name. You could get much cheaper alternatives or do your research and get a collection of higher strength supplements that are more suited to you. Saying this, Centrum Advance is a good multivitamin for males and females and a good start for people who are not used to taking vitamins or supplements. They are a genuine transparent brand with a good strain of multivitamin. Don’t expect miracles though, I would say it’s basic covering lots of areas. The tablets are on the larger size but not hard to swallow with water. The blue colour of the tablet was also appealing, however, it did resemble that of another tablet used for a different purpose, if you get my drift…… Overall, no complaints so far, and I will continue to use my supply :)

The tablets are easy enough to take and swallow, but may present some problems for people with weak gag reflexes due to their size. Packaging is fine, however the foil lid over the bottle is very difficult to peel back, meaning I had to pierce it instead. Instructions are easy to follow and do help with knowing when to take the supplements. As stated in the instructions, the supplements aren't a replacement for a good diet and exercise, and this does seem to be the case as I did not experience any major differences in wellness from using the product. Might be good for the kind of people conscious of their vitamin intake, but for those already with a balanced diet, it may not be as effective as you would like.

Packaging was a box nicely printed on with all information needed on it. The ingredients were listed clearly so that you could read them without getting a magnifying glass out. They had the added vitamins all needed for our over a certain age. The only thing that I would say negatively about them is the size they are huge. So much my husband has to break them in half to swallow them. There is no distinct taste to them. I'm hoping that they help my husband with his aches on his shoulders and legs as a veteran he has added joint issues, and these are also have additional vitamins for joints. So I'm hoping that they help. I'm hoping that soon we will see a difference.

I've been taking these supplements for several weeks and although I cannot see immediate effect as this would take longer than a few weeks I have no negative side effects from taking these and they are easy to swallow. I feel a resonate highly with this brand and will continue to purchase these for support.

Definitely what you need to keep up with your busy routine

I am in love with Centrum Advance Adults. I have very long days during the week which mean waking up early and staying late at night. I was not very optimistic about having any change to my energy and improving the immune system; I was totally wrong. I am usually knackered by the afternoon and get sick very often. Since started taking a tablet daily, I have not been sick at all moreover I am more energetic. I can keep going all day without having any tiredness. I am loving this and will definitely buy to replace my other supplements.
