I do like these multivitamins but I just think they are overpriced and you are paying for the brand name. You could get much cheaper alternatives or do your research and get a collection of higher strength supplements that are more suited to you. Saying this, Centrum Advance is a good multivitamin for males and females and a good start for people who are not used to taking vitamins or supplements. Packaging was a box nicely printed on with all information needed on it. The ingredients were listed clearly so that you could read them without getting a magnifying glass out. They had the added vitamins all needed for our over a certain age. The only thing that I would say negatively about them is the size they are huge. So much my husband has to break them in half to swallow them. There is no distinct taste to them. I'm hoping that they help my husband with his aches on his shoulders and legs as a veteran he has added joint issues, and these are also have additional vitamins for joints. So I'm hoping that they help. I'm hoping that soon we will see a difference.

I was selected to sample this product for free from influenster and centrum in exchange for my honest review.As I am a woman of older age I am conscious to supplement my diet and lifestyle with additional support to maintain healthy bones and general better functioning.I suffer with health concerns and feel its important to have a keen interest in my health and wellbeing. I've been taking these supplements for several weeks and although I cannot see immediate effect as this would take longer than a few weeks I have no negative side effects from taking these and they are easy to swallow. I feel a resonate highly with this brand and will continue to purchase these for support.

A decent enough product with flawed packaging and questionable affects.

The tablets are easy enough to take and swallow, but may present some problems for people with weak gag reflexes due to their size. Packaging is fine, however the foil lid over the bottle is very difficult to peel back, meaning I had to pierce it instead. Instructions are easy to follow and do help with knowing when to take the supplements. As stated in the instructions, the supplements aren't a replacement for a good diet and exercise, and this does seem to be the case as I did not experience any major differences in wellness from using the product. Might be good for the kind of people conscious of their vitamin intake, but for those already with a balanced diet, it may not be as effective as you would like.

I have been taking these multivitamin and mineral tablets for a few weeks now, so it is a little too early to comment on the effectiveness yet… However, I have a two month supply in this bottle, so should begin to see some positive effects once I reach the end. Definitely what you need to keep up with your busy routine

I am in love with Centrum Advance Adults. I have very long days during the week which mean waking up early and staying late at night. I was not very optimistic about having any change to my energy and improving the immune system; I was totally wrong. I am usually knackered by the afternoon and get sick very often. Since started taking a tablet daily, I have not been sick at all moreover I am more energetic. I can keep going all day without having any tiredness. I am loving this and will definitely buy to replace my other supplements.

Easy to swallow and seem to be working!

Initially, they looked a bit scary as the pills are quite large, however I’m pleased to say that they were fine to swallow, which is a good start.It’s always difficult to be sure something like multivitamins is making a difference and working; however, I can genuinely say that I’m feeling a bit more alert, and my general health is ok! Getting there

I've been taking these once a day for the last couple of weeks and I can already feel a change. I'm a 52yr old male who hardly exercises apart from a short cycle to work. So my energy levels weren't the greatest. But I'm getting to feel a little more energised in a morning, when once it was a struggle to even get out of bed! It's so good that I can take just the one tablet that contains nearly everything I need in vitamins and minerals. And it's for the over 50s, so perfect for me. These are quite large tablets but are easy to take and swallow, and best to take at meal times. Look forward to finishing my current box and see how I feel!

Simple and easy to take

As someone who needs as many nutrients and vitamins as possible due to no appetite and fibro, I was pleased to be asked to review these multivitamins. Add to that my age and I thought if I remember to take them they would be perfect. When I first opened the pot I saw how big the tablets were but I needed have worried as they are so smooth and easy to swallow! Brilliant.I have been taking them for 13 days now so perhaps too soon to see if my vitamin D levels have risen but I’m sure my teeth are looking stronger (lesstransparent) and my hair seems to have had a growth spurt. I am now determined that when I finish this bottle I will purchase another and continue to take them. Give them a big thumbs up!👍🏻
