Centrum For Women 60 Tablets

I take these only during my period. Once they run out, I will probably choose a different brand. I was just trying this one out because it was cheaper. I notice I feel better during that time of month on other brands of multivitamins. This multi has lots of vitamins at good doses though. I don’t hate it. I just need something I can feel a difference with.

I love these. I have been on prescription folate and vitamin D replacement for 3 years and I decided that it's too expensive to get on prescription and to buy OTC now I don't need extra high strength. My levels are back to normal so I just want to keep myself on track.I struggle to take those ugly brown horse pills that most manufacturers sell because they taste like ass. Sorry but they do. The smell makes me gag. These smell faintly of berries, yes they're pink but so what, the pink berry flavour helps me to take them. I'm sure the colouring does something to my senses which tells me they're like sweets instead of like taking ugly fishermens friends. Never have problems taking these.after a month: my vitamin D and folate levels are right as they should be, even though I stopped the high strength when I stopped taking these so I know these are working. I have pernicious anaemia so I don't absorb these minerals from food so I would have expected my levels to deplete somewhat if these didn't work.I also have keratosis pilaris which always clears up completely after a few months on multivitamins containing vitamin A. It was gone after a week on these.

I bough these with the hopes of improving my nails, my entire life they have been weak and peel and break once I get any length to them. I eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly so this was the next step for me. The gummies taste good and easy to eat and I find the price to be reasonable. In a month and a half I have not noticed any difference in my nails which is disappointing but it has drastically reduced the amount of hair I shed which has become a problem since having kids. I will continue to take and find something else for my nails.

This product is a great go to vitamin if you are in a pinch and can't get the ones that you are use to using. I bought these at Ralph's market and the price for them was more than reasonable. I am still currently taken these one a day vitamin and I feel well while taking them. I would recommend them to everyone but I do wish that there was more information provided to you about vitamins. Yes you can look online and educate yourself but in a world of lies truly who tells you the truth about anything, when you are only a consumer number of profits to be gained from the loss from their competitor.

Before I was taking these I was definitely lacking in alot of vitamins and minerals. I felt tired , weak, lethargic in my movements the list went on. I just put it down to stress and over worked. But someone said to me I probably don't have sufficient minerals and vitamins to power my system. And that I should give these centrum a go. She was taking them and felt Alive since. I was sceptical that taking one tablet is going to fix all these feelings. I went to the doctor just to get a check in and was made aware that I was lacking in certain vitamins and minerals. Started taking centrum as recommended by the doctor as well and amazingly after a few days I was feeling amazing and alive.

I personally enjoyed using this women's multivitamin. However, in my experience, it is important to be taken after a meal. As opposed to before a meal. This is due to how often I experienced nausea after taking it. Which is a common occurance with multivitamins. Overall I felt generally well taking this vitamin. I feel it may have helped with my energy levels as well as hair loss I had experienced periodically from my autoimmune condition. My anemia also seemed to resolve and remain under control better when taken consistently. As opposed to the times I forgot to use it.

The doctor actually said it wasn’t giving me all the vitamins I needed and was over priced. I have problems absorbing nutrients into my body. Magnesium, Potassium, B12 and Vit D no matter what I try. Or what brand. So for me I’m just not healthy enough that these aren’t strong enough for me. Plus they hit hard on my delicate stomach. * I must add though, I’m different than most people. My cardiologist said prenatal vitamins are just as good if not better for women and softer on your stomach.
