What I would suggest for anyone looking to supplement their diet and not knowing where to start is to avoid a multivitamin and instead focus on a smaller number of key health areas. The most important supplement anyone can take that I would suggest more than anything else, would be Vitamin D. If you live in the UK (or any country with minimal winter sunlight), it is very safe to assume that during the winter you are deficient in Vitamin D. I would recommend supplementing daily throughout the winter with Vitamin D3, and taking a Vitamin K2 supplement once a week.

I normally prefer to take targeted supplements rather than multi vitamins as I find they work better for me. These supplements have an impressive ingredients list which includes Biotin, Selenium and Zinc which I normally take in gummy form. There are 30 tablets, so a month's supply as they are 1 a day. I found these tablets to be quite large so if you have difficulty swallowing tablets, you may struggle with these although they do have a smooth coating on them. I personally prefer gummies over tablets as they are nicer to take! I haven't noticed any real advantages from taking these vitamins so far and have actually gone down with a heavy cold whilst taking them so they certainly didn't help my immune system! I have not felt a boost in my energy levels either. I don't suffer with menopausal symptoms so cannot comment on whether they help with that but others have said that their hot flushes seemed to be less frequent. I probably wouldn't repurchase these vitamins as I find that the supplements that I normally take work better for me. Centrum GB have a range of products to suit different stages of life. I like that they are multivitamin and as such provides support in a variety of needs for women over 50+. I find them to be very large however I somehow take one daily after breakfast and before the start of my work day. I have seem some improvement with my energy levels and will continue to take them until completion. I would recommend to friends family who I feel would benefit from the support. I am not keen on the E numbers of which they are many.

I am always sceptical on using vitamins. I’m not really clued up on what vitamin helps what part of the body. I started taking these daily and noticed a change within a few days. I was more awake and had more energy. The tablets are blus and quite large but i don’t see why they couldn’t be cut down to suit if you struggle to take tablets. I would recommend these to anyone who struggle with lack of energy.

I received these products for free from Influenster and Centrum in exchange for my honest review. These tablets are fairly large so I break them in two to swallow a little bit easier and have with a glass of water with my breakfast first thing in the morning. They contain a huge range of vitamins required for daily consumption so find I don’t need to take any extra vitamins at the same time. These have replaced my existing vitamins. I have only been taking for two weeks so haven’t noticed a big difference in energy levels but am hoping to see some improvements after another few weeks. I would recommend these tablets as much easier to take one a day rather than numerous tablets to get the same amount of RDA levels .

A+ Multivitamin

After years of using generic multivitamins, I recently tried Centrum's Multivitamin/Mineral Supplement for Men. Admittedly, most multivitamins are pretty similar to one another. One notable difference with this Centrum product, however, is the smooth exterior of the pill. This coating has two benefits. First, it helps the pill go down easily. Second, it prevents "tasting" the pill as you are ingesting it. (We all know that if it isn't a gummy, pills aren't meant to be tasted.) The size of the pill is what you would expect from a multivitamin, as are the percentages of the various vitamins and supplements contained within. I also appreciate that the expiration date is almost two years in the future. They will certainly be used by then!

With the Covid virus going around, why not help support your immune system? Give yourself a dose of multi-vitamins by taking this 1 pill daily! Personally, I don’t eat enough fruits and veggies, so this pill is what I needed. This vitamin is supposed to help boost my metabolism, which is great for my diet. I don’t feel any different but at least I know I getting the nutrients needed for my overall health. FYI, this pill is larger than the other pills that I take daily but I have no issue swallowing it with a sip of water. It leaves no after taste, and it does not upset my stomach.

Great Quality Convenient Men's Multivitamins!

I'm so happy that my husband started taking these Centrum Men's multivitamins daily about a week ago. I was worried about him not getting all the nutrients he needed with food alone. Although, he says he really doesn't feel much different since taking these multivitamins, at least I know they are helping support his overall health and wellness! However, they are a bit bigger in size, but they haven't been a problem and he says, he can't taste them. He also eats with them daily, has a sensitive stomach, and they don't bother him, either. Overall, these Centrum Men's multivitamins are great quality, convenient, and support health and wellness. I recommend these.

I got these multivitamins because I try to be health conscious, but it’s so hard to get the daily intake for vitamins and minerals. With this multivitamin, you take 1 pill and you get so much great nutrients. It’s hard to tell for sure if there’s in fact a difference in the way I feel since I’ve been taking the vitamin. But it is very much so a load off of my mind as far as being concerned about getting the needed daily dose of vitamins and minerals. It’s also calming to know that I’m taking something that’s really good for my mind and body and in the short term and even long run it’s extremely important and beneficial. Easy to swallow and I highly recommend.
