I've switched over to these mainly because they contain iron. My One A Day and Rainbow Lite brands don't have that. I've suffered with vertigo and low energy levels for almost a year now and one thing I've recognized is I don't consume enough iron rich foods in my diet. As a male you're supposed to get at least 8mg of iron per day which this give you. According to the bottle it says that 8mg is 44% of your daily value, but most websites will tell you 8mg is all you need. Either way you can safely consume about 40mg a day if you're deficient in iron. I took these for a month and had to stop for a week because I was on antibiotics (iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium can block the absorption of antibiotics), so I'm just now getting back on them. I did feel I was starting to feel a little more myself while taking these so I can only hope over time they'll build up in my system and bring me around. With that said, be careful with your iron intake. If you get enough iron from your foods, these aren't for you.

I have been taking these centrum daily multivitamins for almost two weeks now and the benefits I’ve noticed have been incredible. Normally in the mornings I’m tired and it takes me a while to waken up but now I take tablet soon as I’m awake and the energy boost has been great.
