I've been taking these Centrum Adults 50+ Multivitamins for over 20 days, and I'm quite impressed by the quality, and the values (amount per serving) of vitamins and minerals per tablet, these are a truly complete multivitamin supplement. I also highly appreciate that these have no artificial flavors, sweeteners, they're non-GMO and Gluten free. Another super plus for me is that the tablets are smaller than most Multivitamins tabs I've tried and I only need ONE single tablet a day versus other brands that I need to take 2 and sometimes 3. These Multis include Lutein, Lycopene, Iodine, Phosphorus that I don't see in many Multis at these values. They help support a lot of different things. They're great for every adult over 50!

Centrum - Silver Adults 50+ Multivitamins is great if anyone doesn’t take a multivitamin. Or just need extra vitamins in one. I’m not if the age of 50, a mere behind by a few but I still wanted to get in a multivitamin for any thing I might be lacking they I don’t know of. I do a few seperate vitamins already but wanted that extra boost. The capsule is small and coated. A light grey color compared to a regular white coated vitamin. One a day is all I need. So far no issues on upset stomach. I can take it on an empty stomach in the mornings but if anyone wishes can take it with food. Only been taking it a week or so. Hoping it will help mostly with my eye health.

I was so excited to find these Centrum Silver Multivitamins for Adults over 50! I need the extra boost for my eye health, my brain health, and my heart health, along with supplements targeted for immunity and energy. Centrum is loaded with choices for me when it comes to how I want to take my vitamins, from mini-vitamins to gummies to the standard vitamins, they've got it all. And they have formulations for men or women. I like knowing that what I take is directed towards what I need, not what a man needs. The Centrum silver adults 50 + is a multivitamin and multimineral supplement. My wife and I are both taking this daily. It only takes one tablet a day. The tablets aren't huge like most other multivitamins are so, it is easier to swallow. I feel good about taking this vitamin made by Centrum because they always put out a good high quality product.
Centrum silver 50+ is great for those of us over 50. As our bodies age we need to add more supplements into our daily life. The bottle is easy to open and no digestive issues. I take several multivitamins individually B12 complex, iron, biotin, daily, vitamin d3, calcium. My only issue is the daily % dosage is to low on those I have to take but if you don't need higher dosages this is a great all in one. It will save you on storage. Plus you won't be ingesting all the extra additives by taking individually.

Centrum Silver says for adults 50+, but who wouldn't want to take this at any age??? This multivitamin/multimineral supplement has everything I want and more that I didn't even know I wanted. Heart health, brain function, and eye health?? YES please! I'm not entirely sure what micronutrients are but they nourish your cells and my cells could use that. I bought these a few weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. The bottle is easy to open. This vitamin is so easy to swallow. They aren't a really big pills. Smaller than others.
