I found these tablets to be quite large so if you have difficulty swallowing tablets, you may struggle with these although they do have a smooth coating on them. I personally prefer gummies over tablets as they are nicer to take! I haven't noticed any real advantages from taking these vitamins so far and have actually gone down with a heavy cold whilst taking them so they certainly didn't help my immune system! I have not felt a boost in my energy levels either. I don't suffer with menopausal symptoms so cannot comment on whether they help with that but others have said that their hot flushes seemed to be less frequent.
