Battery had at least one cell not working, only 6 volts. On returning was made to feel that it was something I had done. No refund or replacement was offered while the battery was checked - 2 days.A replacement was offered after I chased them up to find out what was wrong. Was then accused of damaging the battery so asked for a refund which was given grudgingly.Buy your batteries elsewhere!

Purchased this battery from store on a sale. Best offer with huge warranty for 40months + 3 months additional from store.
Great warranty and Australian made and owned. Plus staff where extremely helpful charging and testing old battery that ended up needing to be replaced.

12 months old, needs jump starting daily, as i dont have the receipt, as i dont keep every receipt i ever get, i cant get a return.The store guy said "even though it says its NON serviceable, just pop the top and check the levels, i bet one is low," well, popping the top breaks the battery, now i have no battery to start my car and acid leaking everywhere.
