CeraVe Eye Repair Cream 0.5 Ounce Under Eye Cream for Dark Circles and Puffiness

They say undereye creams are glorified moisturizers but I still bought this for the extra moisture I can get to help lighten and hydrate my undereye.2 weeks update: I feel like my undereye slightly brightened. I'm not sure if it's because of this but it looks more hydrated. I used other products as well like retinol, made sure I got more sleep and kept hydrated.

For those skeptical about whether something like this works, yes, it does work, but it's not a substantial drastic change, just a very slight change, but even the most minor change is good enough for me. I've been using the product since it has delivered (Nov 21, 2022). It comes in a tiny package, and I apply it when I wake up and when I'm about to sleep. The price is pretty good for what you get, and although it is a small package, this will likely last you about a month or two. It feels excellent on the skin and doesn't have much scent. This is probably the best eye cream I've used. I haven't had any bad reactions to the ingredients, and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I love this product. Not sure if it does anything particularly special and holds up to all the claims, BUT it's a fantastic under eye moisturizer. I have hereditary under eye bags due to deep set eyes and like.. bone structure. So I'm really just looking for hydration. My biggest concern is probably my gnarly tear trough lines, which used to be really accentuated by dryness and some texture along the tear trough. That's gotten way better. And I find that this is amazingly hydrating eye cream that's great for the price. Cerave is a great brand. Like most (all?) of their products, this is fragrance-free and very gentle. It doesn't tick off my extremely sensitive skin. I even use this on sides of my nose if skincare products dry it out and it gets irritated or tight ... MoreI love this product. Better than expected!

I recently purchased this after reading mixed reviews so wasn’t sure what to expect. I suffer with crepey skin under the eyes, which became noticeably worse after having Covid. I know it states it “reduces the appearance of dark circles and puffiness” but I thought I would try it on my crepey skin as my current more expensive eye cream from a well known brand wasn’t doing much anymore. I have now been using this for a couple of weeks and I am very impressed. My skin appears firmer and smoother under my eyes and the CeraVe eye cream sits beautifully under my makeup. Disappointed

I've been using this product for over a month, both in the morning and at night with the hopes of getting rid of the puffiness under my eyes and diminishing some fine lines. I didn't expect the wrinkles under my eyes to immediately disappear, but I thought there would be something after the first month. Do I feel like I'm getting good moisture from this product? Yes. But according to the tube it's supposed to reduce puffiness, brighten skin, and moisturize. I feel like I've only gotten 1 out of 3 of these. Maybe the product needs more than a month to really show effects. I don't know. At the very least I can say that I tried it.

This eye cream from Cerave comes in a 14ml tube with a pointy tip. The formula contains niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and ceramides, is fragrance-free and is safe for those with sensitive skin. The texture is not too light and not heavy, but packs a punch in terms of moisturising the eye area. It absorbs quickly, but works well in that my eye area does not feel dry at the end of the day. It doesn't cause any milia either.The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the claims of reducing dark circles and puffiness - I did not see any of those benefits. However, I will still recommend this eye cream as it really works in terms of hydration without heaviness. Life Saver

Not to be dramatic, but this cream saved my life. If you are struggling with raw, flakey, red, and dry eyelids - this cream is for you. I tried EVERYTHING and even though I would do my skincare at night I was always waking up with raw eyelids. I couldn’t wear makeup, I could barely open my eyes, and I was always self-conscious. The pictures attached are a ONE DAY difference. I have been using this product for 6 months now and have never had any issues at all with dryness. My makeup applies seamlessly and I no longer have any flakiness on my eyelids/in my eyelashes. I would recommend this again and again!

Love Cerave, HATE This Product.

I love Cerave products and I have an entire skincare routine built on them, so when I decided to add an eye cream of course I went with theirs... I used this cream for at night, the following morning, and another night and it seemed fine... Until I woke up with a rash under my eyes. Application of all of my other products that morning felt fine, but when I put the under eye cream on it BURNED, and shortly thereafter the rash got worse. Also, I looked up "Cerave eye cream reaction" and a ton of other people were reporting rashes under and around their eyes while using this product. Also, Cerave does not have this product on their official website. I do not have sensitive skin. I've never had a face rash due to any product before, and I used to use dollar store face masks all the time a few years ago when I knew less about skin care. Needs water!

So I've been using this eye cream all year (yep it almost lasted me a whole year!) morning and night, and at first I wasn't impressed. It was fine, just nothing special. I felt like it was too thick, and my skin sucked it up so fast I had to use more and more product to treat the whole area.That was until I learned how to properly use products containing Hyaluronic Acid (and this is actually a tip for using any humectant ingredients eg: Glycerin, Urea or Aloe Vera). HA needs water!! Ideally it will suck water out of the air, but unless you're living somewhere very humid it's likely it's just sucking the water out of your skin and actually making you drier. Once I started applying this eye cream with a dab of water under each eye, it glided on like a dream!
