This is an excellent moisturizer. It's lightweight but very hydrating. I use it every morning and evening after washing my face with the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. I've been using the cleanser for a long, long time, but just started using the moisturizing lotion a little while ago. I've just bought another bottle for backup, because I like it that much. I use it on my face and body, and I really like that you can use it everywhere. I have somewhat dry skin that is very sensitive, and this doesn't irritate my skin. It really doesn't have a smell to it, but I do think it has masking fragrance even though it says it's fragrance free. This is really a good value for the money. Highly recommend.

I love this product and this lotion leaves a nice refreshing plain scent. Maybe some don't like a plain scent but, non scented lotion is better for you skin. I recommend for people to try this out especially for people who have sensitive skin. The lotion is suggested by dermatologist. I have used this product and I still do now- but, I did have dry skin and I saw that Cetaphil helps with the dry skin. I used the lotion repeatedly. Overall if I ha one word to describe this product it would be, " MIRACLE". This word describes hw amazing it works. But, the bad news is that the lotion leaves a bit of a residue on your skin. I grabbed this as a hand, foot and rough patches lotion (knees, elbows etc). I really liked it! It's not really suited for what I bought it for so I'll probably grab something specific to hands and feet next time, but as a body lotion it does a fantastic job for general all over hydration. It's best suited for normal to dry skin, but if your skin is ultra dry I'd recommend looking at creams instead as they are more occlusive. I have sensitive skin so this is a perfect choice, and I love that it has no fragrance. Currently one of my favorite body lotions I love how it glides on easily and sinks into the skin without leaving a greasy residue. It causes no skin sensitivity or skin tightness which I find with other products. After using my skin is soft to the touch and feels hydrated. for the coat you get quite a bit honestly and yes it's a slight more expensive then a basic lotion but I'm willing to pay more for a proper lotion that works well with my sensitive skin. At times I've even used this lotion on my face (though there are actual face products in this line that I will be trying soon) and I also see no issue or heavy feeling.I plan on continuing to use this lotion and my daughter also uses the product and I highly recommend.

I use this lotion daily, wearing under makeup and at night will layer a little heavier for extra moisture. This lotion doesn’t make my skin greasy nor does it make me break out. I tend to breakout easily on my chin area and can’t get oily on my T zone but using this keeps my skin glowing and healthy. I will occasionally use other lotions but this is my go to one. I have my 12 year old daughter using this along with the cleanser. Will continue to purchase

I love this lotion and I’ve been using it ever since I was in high school. Since I have sensitive skin, this product has been excellent to use on my face and body. It leaves my skin baby soft after the night of using it and has zero scent. However, it has the consistency of most other lotions and leaves a slight greasy residue. Additionally, if you have severe dry skin with micro cuts, using this product will burn due to the lotion having alcohol. The reason it’s a 4 star for me is because I found another lotion similar to cetaphil without any alcohol added.

This Cetaphil moisturizer is better than the smaller bottle meant for face only, but it still shares some of the same issues. It has a watered-down feeling to it. It makes my skin look and feel oily. And the worse factor for me is how it feels like it's sitting on my skin instead of absorbing into it. It is unscented and does help my dry skin, but the way it makes my skin feel stops me from using it as often.

On the first application of the lotion there was no stinging and it didn't feel greasy at all. I started the Cetaphil the evening I got home and was surprised that it took effect so quickly. By morning I could feel less tightness in my skin. My skin feel soft again without the dry, flakey skin. For dry skin I completely recommend this. I eve tried the Cetaphil on my face around the upper right side of my nose. I didn't use it on the left side of my nose just to defeat any hopeful imagination for a positive difference. Again, Cetaphil didn't fail me. The right side of my nose is getting smoother. I absolutely recommend this Cetaphil Lotion. I truly believe it will be worth it!

Smells bad

I have used Cetaphil lotion for years and I love it. This time I tried the Cetaphil with Shea butter, and as others have stated. It smells bad. It smelled like really old lotion, that’s been around for years. After spending all that money, it’s going to have to go in the trash and I’m going to have to buy a new bottle.

Super hydrating lotion

I love this for when my skin feels super dry, especially in winter. It’s really hydrating and great for legs, arms and very dry areas like elbows and heels. I love that it’s non greasy as I hate greasy feeling lotions, it’s quite silky and sinks straight in to skin. The packaging is great and the handy pump bottle means no mess which I like. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to fix very dry skin because it repairs and intensely hydrates skin. It’s a good price so I can afford to slather this lotion on for beautiful smooth silky skin. Love it and would recommend it
