Cetaphil Gentle Clear Triple-Action Blemish Salicylic Acid Serum for Sensitive Skin 30ml

Really happy with using the 3 step routine as part of my skin care routine . First step is cleanser , it’s texture is a thick gel . It’s fantastic at removing makeup / dirt of the face it melts everything away and using a face pad it removed in one swipe. I loved the cleanse my face felt super clean afterwards I also enjoyed the scent very calm , fresh and clean. The blemish serum is great for targeting unwanted spots , target specific blemish areas on the face , I applied a little on some red areas and it really helps keep the area soothed and keep blemishes calm. The mattifying moisturiser I enjoyed but didn’t like the scent , it melts into the skin and feels silky soft once dried my skin felt soft and looked fresher . I really love this trio! I have very sensitive skin and I have had no issues with this so far! I’ve been using it for almost 2 weeks now and it has visibly improved my skin from the 2nd/3rd day. My skin is brighter and more even toned, the redness of any blemishes I had were significantly reduced the morning after my first use! The only negative thing I will say is if / when you stop using it you get breakouts, I forgot to use it for one evening and morning (being a mum it can get quite hectic) and I had 6/7 blemishes which is a lot for me in a single breakout. So consistency is definitely key. Overall it is great, and I will definitely be buying this product again when it runs out!

Gentle, unscented and very effective!

Great and effective product!

I received this product last week and have been using it every day since. Overall i have found the three products included in this kit extremely beneficial and effective. I started the week with multiple blemishes across my face and after using this i notices an incredible difference to my skin. After the first initial use my face was silky smooth and had been rejuvenated! I continued to see these benefits across the full week. The cleanser does have a strange texture and i did find this initially difficult to rub into my skin, however once i got the hang of it this was absolutely fine and could truly see the benefits.Over all a great product and something i will continue to use

Great for sensitive skin

I've been really struggling with finding an acne treatment that doesn't irritate my skin. I was apprehensive about trying this one, but the ingredients looked good and checking them in the acne safe app none of them are pore clogging which is a plus (a lot of Cetaphil products do contain pore clogging ingredients so I always check before purchasing). I am really happy with this product. It absorbs quickly into my skin, so there's no sticky residue. It immediately calms my skin, and I can tell a difference in redness/irritation. My breakouts look less inflamed after applying this serum, and there is no dryness or flakiness. My skin is balanced, and best of all this serum works great under makeup and helps control oil. I hadn’t anticipated it to be as good as it was and it really kick started me into taking better care of my skin!The salicylic acid helps reduce the appearance of big pores whilst also cleansing and tightening the skin for a more firm look! Soothed my current little breakout instantly

I couldn't wait to use this.Used the cleanser first. My skin instantly felt fresh and it's great that it's oil free as my skin is quite oily. Didn't dry it out eitherBlemish serum - I applied this to the couple of blemishes that I have this morning. My blemishes reduced down within a couple of hours. Instantly soothed my skin tooMoisuriser- instantly reduced shiny oily skin without drying it out. My skins felt hydrated all day today. Can't wait to use all these items again tonight but so far I'm very impressed with the results

I'm a 45 year old woman who has struggled with the worst acne for the last 5 years. it was everywhere -- huge pustules and painful cysts I had to squeeze for relief. I looked like a pizza face. I tried everything -- the adapeline gels, proactiv, niacinamide and vitamin B12, other topical treatments like Oxy. I was prescribed a Clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide gel by my doctor and given an antibiotic, which had horrible side effects, and the results were temporary. finally I bought this gel -- and lo -- it has had lasting and real results. the results were almost immediate. in conjunction with washing with CeraVe gentle cleanser morning and after work, I gently massage this gel all over my face, like I would a moisturizer. I use Proactiv green tea moisturizer in addition on the more crepe-like areas, like under the chin and around the eyes. once a week I use the Glam Glow Supermud charcoal mask. I also use blotting sheets during my lunch break to soak up any oiliness from my forehead, nose, chin. my skin is always producing so much sebum, I also have to use a battery powered dipillatory to remove any fine hairs from my face to prevent dirt from clogging the follicles. anyway, this gel seriously transformed my face. I still get the pustules on my chest and back, but the acne on my face has been put in check by this regimen. finally I can almost go makeup free. the gel also reduces the appearance of scarring from the previous acne situation. it's worth every penny. if you have horrible skin and the worst hormonal acne, you seriously need this in your life ❤️
