I was really excited to receive this and try it out. This serum comes in a cute glass bottle with a pipette for applying the serum. Instructions say to squeeze 1 full pipette into your palms and rub into your face, twice a day. I did this for about a week. I can’t say I’ve noticed my face any brighter or any difference at all. The serum itself is great! It doesn’t dry out my skin, doesn’t break me out, doesn’t leave my face feeling oily and there’s no weird smell (I have smell sensitivities). I can wear this with my moisturizer and not have to worry about breaking out. I also noticed there’s some glitter in the serum as well, which is interesting because I never noticed at first - it definitely doesn’t leave any noticeable glitter on my face! They don’t disclose the percentage of vitamin C in the product, however, the vitamin C derivative (ascorbic acid) is the 6th ingredient on the list. This serum is also non comedogenic for people who worry about it being acne safe. And it’s fragrance- free, which I love! Based on the ingredients, it’s mainly the niacinamide and ascorbic acid that will help to reduce dark spots and even out the skin tone. Overall, I’m very happy with the this serum. I can’t comment yet on its effectiveness in fading acne scars, but I do notice an improvement in the skin tone of my face. I’ve been using it for about it a month now and I think I will end up repurchasing it!

This serum comes in a really nice bottle, which is a good size and has a dropper that holds a lot of product. The bottle has a smooth matte feel to it, which is comfortable to hold. The product has glitter in it, which I didn’t really expect, but does add shine and shimmer to the skin. This serum applies really easily - it is smooth, soft and thin, so is easy to apply to the skin. It also absorbs into the skin nicely.
