Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream - 3 oz

Both bottles came with an uneven texture, as though someone had dug out from it. Seller claimed that it is due to transport and hot weather, but I'll be honest here - I have used many many bottles of this product and have never encountered such an uneven texture or odd viscosity. The creams usually stay in shape until you start breaking into it by using it. I even used my existing creams to test it out - no they don't move that easily from knocks and shakes.Requested for an exchange initially rather than a refund but seller refused, saying that there is no issue with the product only by looking at the pictures. They also claimed that the brand did not raise any issues.Does this mean there needs to be a massive recall case and only then it is justifiable? There are and will be anomalies, even if it is just a few bottles in a batch.I will leave it to readers to judge this. In any case, it is poor customer recovery and I am not confident of the product quality to be purchasing again. Cetaphil users, beware and buy at your own risk.

I’ve been having bout of eczema for the past few months, and this was one of the moisturizers I was using. I was trying to use all over my body at first I didn’t really notice anything aside from a little bit of itch—but it definitely got itchier and itchier as I used it over time. I typically use Cerave SA cream but thought I might need more moisture for winter. I will say that this moisturizer did deeply moisturize, but something in it really aggravated my eczema, and made me super itchy at night. to test it out, last night I tried moisturizing with this after my evening shower, and then the normal. It crept up until the point that I couldn’t stop scratching so I took another shower right after and used a different, fragrance free moisturizer and the itch was ... MoreI’ve been having bout of eczema for the past few months, and this was one of the moisturizers I was using. I was shocked, but it definitely helped me discover that this Cetaphil body cream doesn’t work for me. Now the uphill battle of healing the itch aftermath ensues!

Best moisturizer Ever

I love the cetaphil moisturizer. I was a little nervous to try it at first but based on other reviews it seemed to work well. I also researched the item and ingredients. This item can be used with other serums such as ordinary from Sephora. It’s soft, extremely moisturizing and even provides a shine. Most moisturizers i have used did not provide a shine and the moisturize was short lived. This items remains active on my face all day and works in chilly or hot weather temperatures. It doesn’t have a smell, feels good on my hands, and it’s not too heavy. This item in conjunction with the face wash has improved the integrity of my skin, gives me hydration and reduces the need to use any other facial products! Eczema must-have

This product received the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance, as listed on the NEA website. I passed over this product for years because the package does not include the seal. I was absolutely missing out. This jar cream is the best body moisturizer I have ever used on my eczema, dermatographia, contact dermatitis, and other skin disorders. It has absolutely helped my skin heal from flare ups as well as help prevent new ones. I do not use this on my face so I cannot speak to its effect on acne. It's comforting and relieving to know I have finally found something to mitigate the suffering. No more intense burning pain just from water or scratching until the skin is raw. This is not a beauty product to me, it's a medical necessity helping my quality of ... MoreThis product received the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance, as listed on the NEA website. Just amazing

There is no scent.Easy to use, i use it on an almost damp skin after washing with the cleanser, i like applying it before makeup and before sleeping. The quality is amazing.I’ve been using it since dec8th-23 and today is apr9-24 and i still have some left, keeping in mind i use it multiple times a day and i use a bit more for nighttime, so yes, the size is worth the price.Packaging is easy to use.I found the cream to be beneficial moisturizing wise and it soothes my skin especially because my skin is super dry since i use accutane.Texture is a bit heavy but also light weight, once you rub it you don’t feel it on your face but you feel it’s benefits. My skin is too SENSITIVE, using a towel instead of tissue paper causes me breakouts (just so you know how ... MoreThere is no scent.Easy to use, i use it on an almost damp skin after washing with the cleanser, i like applying it before makeup and before sleeping. My skin is too SENSITIVE, using a towel instead of tissue paper causes me breakouts (just so you know how sensitive my skin is) so I’m always afraid of trying new products, but this one DID NOT DISAPPOINT.No regrets, I recommend it.

Label is Deceiving. WILL Break You Out

Years ago I used to use the Cetaphil brand, but switched over from their products to something different because the formula at the time was not gentle enough for my skin that was on retinol and the lotion was burning it. Recently, my dermatologist recommended I make the switch from cerave moisturizing lotions to cetaphil since I needed an added boost of hydration and the cerave wasn’t cutting it. I was having to add jojoba oil and vitamin E oil on top of the cerave lotion to lock in the moisture. When I switched to the Cetaphil lotion, I immediately fell in love with the consistency and the thickness of the product since it was just the right amount of hydration I needed for my face. This love quickly ended after 2 days once I started breaking out all over my face, more than I ever have in the last decade. I have been using the product for about two weeks now, not entirely sure what was causing my breakouts until tonight I decided to contact my dermatologist. Before I contacted her, I looked at the bottle to see if maybe it was a new ingredient that my face was reacting to, come to find out that the Large 16 OZ tub is only meant for body, NOT for face. However, this is stated nowhere on the front of the bottle or in the title, and it’s only in the back in tiny print. However, Cetaphil made sure to plaster “won’t clog pores, non-comedogenic, good for sensitive skin” all over the front and sides of the tub. If you are promoting a product as non-Comedogenic and non-pore clogging, obviously, that means you’re talking about a face product. Because how many people are looking for non-comedogenic products for their elbows or feet??? NOBODY.I don’t have another $20 to spend on yet another expensive face lotion so I’m stuck with this lotion that clogs all my pores and breaks me out horribly. This crap is more expensive than CeraVe AND can’t even be used on face AND body!!! At least CeraVe has a formula in a 16 oz size that can ACTUALLY be used all over. Will be switching away from cetaphil YET AGAIN for their crappy, shady marketing. Back to Tried and True CeraVe I go.

PERFECT for after laser treatment!!

I have a moisturizer that I use regularly (Hempz Age Defying) that I love. My skin is not particularly dry, but it does keep my skin well moisturized, and sinks in perfectly, leaving zero oily residue. Recently I had a laser treatment on my face from my plastic surgeon. He recommended Cetaphil to use afterward, and I thought, I don't need that -- I'm perfectly happy with my regular moisturizer. Well, after a week, I was still applying the Hempz about once an hour and my skin was still extremely dry. So, I bought the Cetaphil. Man, this stuff is incredible! I have to say, it doesn't sink in as well as the Hempz, and does leave an oily feel to the skin for a while after application. But, my skin is SOFT, doesn't hurt anymore, and this stuff lasts for hours! I have ... MoreI have a moisturizer that I use regularly (Hempz Age Defying) that I love. But, my skin is SOFT, doesn't hurt anymore, and this stuff lasts for hours! I have super sensitive skin and haven't had any reaction to this at all. It is unscented, which is what I prefer. I probably won't use it on a daily basis after my skin is back to normal, just because I don't like the oily feel. But after a laser treatment, or if I were ever to get a sunburn or anything like that, I would use Cetaphil in a heartbeat. I would also use it if I had naturally dry skin. This stuff is fantastic. Came in good quality. Size is great, Package and use. Doesnt leave my skin dry or sensitive very gentle feel on the skin. I dont know about the benefits but scent is really nice composition texture is light.

THE BEST

Replaced every single moisturizer I have ever owned, from drugstore to high end. I have acne prone combo skin (with a recent dryness postpartum that NOTHING has fixed.) Before trying this I tried the competitors cream that was significantly thinner, cerave healing balm, aquaphor, vaseline, la roche posay and la roche posay matte creams, tula, peaches and lily, peach slices, first aid beauty. None of them fixed the issue and most of them stung my face and compromised barrier. One use. ONE USE of this and my skin isn't hurting anymore. I also got the gentle cleanser and it's also way nicer than LRP one. I will be getting their gentle foaming one for when I'm closer to my cycle and need more oil control. I'm so happy for this soothing moisturizing affordable cream.

Why this particular product is not propertly sealed and Its open

I bought all together with vitamins capsule. My product arrived yesterday. First I check All vitamins from packaging, expiration, scanner details of the products all are Nice packaging and all the vitamins are sealed propertly from the bottles itself. Today I check the Cetaphil mouisturizing Cream for very dry and I found out is not sealed from its container and also no sealed cover on the top. Same like you open it already and I thinking somebody are used it already. Please let me know its same like this the packaging you made because its my first time to Order Cetaphil Moistuirizing Cream from noon. My concern only for Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream about the unboxing, no sealed from the container itself and also on the opening of the container supposed to be sealed ... MoreI bought all together with vitamins capsule.
