I've been wearing it for a while, and I have to admit it is super nice and quite long-lasting, I smelled it the next morning after applying it all over myself the night before. It smelled rosier in the morning. Like rose with cranberry, very beautiful. No 1 is a scent for a beauty routine, not for actually perfuming yourself. It makes you feel well-groomed and fresh, without smelling too much. I can see its purpose and beauty, but yes, it is luxury to have a mist for the price of perfume, it seems extra. However, it does its magic, especially together with other things No 1.

A New Favorite

I went into the store to swatch the new No 1 blush pots the first day this was released and ended up buying this fragrance! I am very particular to scent and anything too strong or overbearing gives me headaches. But when I spritzed this on my wrist I fell in love. The scent can be described as a soft, warm, light floral and it reminds me of the scent in the hydra beauty line, but with something extra to make it a wearable. Longevity is a few hours that I noticed, so definitely not as long as an eau de parfum. The bottle is beautiful in red and sprays very nicely. Overall it is a fantastic scent to add to your collection if you like scents on the lighter side.

Absolutely love!!

I was lucky enough to walk in the very first day the temporary (apparently my store has a full counter going in - YAY to THAT!) No1 Chanel counter went in. I own every single Chanel fragrance, and if you're familiar, you can relate when I say they're like pieces of my life, and I love them all for different reasons. No1 is no exception. It's deep and warm and lightly sweet all at the same time. It's much lighter than most Chanels but still has the uniqueness of a Chanel. My only hesitation (I can't call it a negative or complaint) is the complexity- it's a fairly straightforward fragrance and lacks the sophistication of many others. The closest comparison would probably be Chance.

Does not last, smells a little musty

I really liked this in the store. I did a light spray (sprayed then walked into it) because of my asthma but when I tried to wear a normal amount, it lasted for maybe 45 minutes. It also seemed a little musty after I did a normal spray. I know it's a body mist and it's not supposed to last all day. But I should be able to smell it longer than I did!

Dry down is 75% Clinique Happy

I liked the opening of this scent. It's very light and "pretty" however this on my skin dried down to a scent very closely reminding me of Clinique Happy. I know that similar scent because I wore it for years when it first came out. I'm disappointed this wasn't more original. It is a body mist and it didn't last but an hour at most on my skin. The bottle is pretty and the atomizer sprays beautifully. Returning as I can't see the value in keeping it. As much as I liked Happy back in the day, I'm tired of it and wouldn't want anything like it.

Generic

Smells rather generic and mature for a floral, but it's not unpleasant. It is like a combination of Chanel Chance and Clinique Happy, and I don't care for either of those fragrances because they're simply not unique. It's fresh, light and not overpowering because it's a body mist. I read that camellia doesn't have scent so this is a fabricated fragrance using the imagination of perfumer Olivier Polge. I think he could have come up with something better if they spent over a decade on this collection. Perhaps it needs something musky or sweet. It simply lacks depth. It is not a memorable fragrance worthy of the Chanel name.

Gorgeous scent and bottle

I bought this with my Ulta points to treat myself and I am absolutely in love. The scent warms up very nicely on me and has lasted all day. I do think it seems similar to Clinique happy so if you want some thing similar that would be it. It has a nice berry-rose scent but still mature. The bottle is stunning and it's a generous size at 3.4oz for the price and it being Chanel. I would absolutely buy this again!

Second Skin

I've found the perfect laying fragrance that just so happens to wear well all by itself. This is an intimate scent that's very Chanel with rose, white flowers, and musk. At least on me. This one whispers. I love how I feel wearing this: put together, clean, and warm. Moreover, I've used this as a base for other complementary fragrances: Prada Les Infusion d'Amande (swoon-worthy) and Diptyque Kyoto (wowza). In sum, worth the splurge and wearing anytime.

Smells great...while it lasts

smelt this in store and HAD to have it. Ulta was out of stock, so I purchased directly from Chanel. This smells soooooo good, but after 5 minutes I can't even smell it on myself. I feel like I have to reapply and reapply for it even to be noticeable. I really expected more from a Chanel perfume. Not sure I would purchase again. If it came out as a perfume vs. a body mist I may consider, maybe a perfume would have more staying power?

Smells magnificent, lasting scent

I got into the store today and sprayed it on a paper, it stayed on the paper my whole shift. After shift, I ended up purchasing it because the scent is so good. I'm not one to buy fragrances but this is something I could definitely wear daily. It's not overly potent but it's strong enough that you know it's there. It wears good, but that's just speaking for myself; fragrances definitely vary in smell across individuals. Very floral and fresh smelling but not nauseating like some floral scents (i.e. rosehip/rose) can be. A scent for any age range. The spritzer gives a really good spray too, very even.
