This is definitely a heater worth purchasing, it pumps out an amazing amount of heat, great for cooking bacon & eggs, just pop the lid off and chuck your fry pan on and you're good to go for a decent feed, also brings back memories of Nanna's Kerosene heater from many moons ago.

Over all works ok. Puts out some heat 1st one we got leaked kerosene when not even full Took it back and got another. No leaks but the top part is damaged and bent over a bit. Couldnt be bothered taking the 2nd one back so am going to try and straighten it.

This is a great product. I used it with the blue kerosene from Bunnings and it runs well. There are some smells of the kerosene fuel but only when it first started. After it starts on a steady burn the smell gone. A full tank of fuel give you more than 12 hours of heat. The only issue is this heater will not burn well in even mild wind. That is the reason why I give it 4/5 overall rating.

Absolute little ripper of a heater for the price! Very happy. Keeps us warm as sitting our on our deck. Doesn't blow when there's wind.
Grew up in the country and we used Kero heaters a lot back then. This is great for use in the shed where I use mine. Sit it near where I'm working and it keeps me warm even with the doors open. It's basic. Don't expect a designer item. It works. It's cheap to run and you don't have to feel precious about it. V happy
Great little heater for around the camp on a cold day. Lightweight & economical to run. Small frame, but regular size burner.
I bought this yesterday based on majority of reviews, how can so many people not see the reality. This on max gives off minimal heat, you need to sit virtually on it. I tested in the shed first, there was a slight breeze outside and thought to move outside to compare heat, well it wouldn’t even stay alight. Blew out and smoked, adjusted wick without success. I had hoped to take this camping for spot where we can’t have a fire pit. Complete failure. Oh well back to the drawing board.☹️☹️☹️

The kero smell isn't bad IF you don't turn it up so the flames are leaping from the metal gause semi-circle head. I am still on my first load of 4Lt fuel, and it really is quite economical when using it as a mild heater and not trying to fry bacon on the top. That being said, you CAN use it as a stove if you take off the brown trivet and put a pot up there according to the manual. I have no need for that, but it's cool to know the feature exists. A little bit pricey, and I would prefer a square design which is a lot easier to store around other things in the garage. Round is such an inefficient ... Easy to use and makes a very nice radiant heat. Feels real good. A lot bigger than i thought it would be. The adjuster nob feels a little iffy and it does not come with a spare mantle. I dont know anything about cooking on it, its not mentioned anywhere on the box or manual, but as a heayer its awesome.
This unit is not so small, its not pretty to look at, but it punches the heat very well. the fact it has a trivet on the top is a good idea for keeping the billy hot or making a soup. i purchaced the odourless kero and the smell is very limited, all in all very pleased.
