I’ve have family that have used this for years and I had been putting off the purchase due to price, but it is incredible. Have used it for stews and in the oven already and it’s flawless. Definitely worth it and oh so beautiful to look at.

The reduced sale price enabled the purchase. The product was recently used for a baked shoulder of lamb resulting in tender meat that had so much flavour. The even cooking with the sealed lid proved itself in the end result.I am really keen to use as much as possible The next adventure will be overnight bread baked in the french oven.The package arrived in a matter of days after the online order. Much appreciated.Very pleased with my purchase.
So far it is really difficult to comment, the French oven had a defect on the lip, which has had to go back to their supplier and go through all their pilarb…. So even though these things happen it is still very disappointing.
My Chasseur is fantabulous and awesome to cook in. Love it and will be a family heirloom down the track for my NSW daughter and family. Also love the colour. Thank you, so happy with my purchase. The Coq-Au-Vin was spectacular and colour divine. Looking forward to learning more about French cooking which I found amazing in France.
Quality unit - to look at, to cook with and the duck egg blue to gorgeous. Managed to get while on special which was even better. Have used 4 times in last couple of weeks. Would totally recommend.
Very pleasant experience with Kitchendirect! This colour is beautiful, pot is a bit heavy but that's what I was expecting anyway. I used it to cook curry for the first time and the difference I noticed was that cast iron heated up so quickly compare to my $30 ish IKEA pot. I am very looking forward to cooking more dishes with this babe =)
This french oven has been used pretty much everyday since it arrived! It is such a great all rounder, I have used it for so many different things, he best part is the easy clean, that has convinced the Hubby and he will let me buy more Chasseur products! (Its so good, I have purchased another one, exactly the same for my mum's Christmas present!!)
So many uses and looks fabulous. Sometimes I leave this out on top of the stove just to brighten the kitchen!
