I bought this pot when it was on sale. I'm so pleased I did. It has made cooking and cleaning up easier. Plus the flavour of my dishes had been improved. This is probably due to the even heat of the cast iron. I love it
I bought this pan when it was on special, because they are expensive. I'm so very glad I did. I've been using it instead of my other pens and am delighted with the results. My dishes are turning out with extra flavour, from the even simmering, I think. Whatever it is, I'm very happy with this pan. Plus it is a breeze to clean up.
