I love these heavy pans, perfect for slow cooking casseroles or vegie bakes. A lifetime of home cooking for my son and his family.
This is a great pot for a family. Like a camp oven but beautifully enameled etc. Lid fits great. I cooked a curry for 10 people in it and it simmered so slowly in the oven at 120C that the bubbles were so gentle and just coming up every few seconds. A couple of hours later the meat was all cooked and the vegetables had not fallen to pieces even small bits of potato. What I saw on web was what i got.
