Cheetos Flaming Hot Puffs 150g

I love regular Cheetos and figured I would enjoy these as well. Well, I was wrong! These Cheetos Puffs live up to the name "Flamin Hot" and my digestive system just couldn't tolerate the heat and my taste buds were suffocated by the heat. I thought my son would like them because he's always adding pepper to his food; but he didn't enjoy them. These Cheetos Flamin Hot Puffs are just too "Flamin Hot" for me my hemorrhoids to endure!

If you like the flavour of the Flamin Hot Cheetos then these are for you. I gave them 3 stars because they're just not for me. I picked the Puffs version up because I don't mind the crunchy ones but I like these ones less than the crunchy version. I personally don't think that the Flamin Hot coating works with the puff flavoured cheetos, These are just as spicy as the crunchy version, which is actually fairly spicy and I have a good spice tolerance. I don't care for the Flamin Hot flavour just because I want more flavour than just spice. I got these at Walmart as part of their 3 for $8 deal.

These flaming hot Cheetos are very bold and spicy I absolutely love the flavors. It was my first time trying the puff version I have had the crunchy version before but the puff one was quite good. The value for this product is pretty good especially when you can find it on sale. The packaging is very unique I really like the design of it. I will be buying this again. I can’t wait to try other flavors!

The Cheetos Flamin Hot Puffs are one of my favorite chips! They are easy to bite and they have a spicy flavor with a hint of lime. It is delicious, but it sure does get spicy as you eat more. One con that caused the rating to be a four out of five stars is that the puffs get stuck in your teeth. After I eat them I always have to brush my teeth, take out the residue with floss, and wash out my mouth. Overall, they are a great snack for people who love spicy foods or chips.

I love these Cheetos so much! They are the perfect amount of hot, crunchy, yet soft and airy at the same time. They just melt in your mouth. I love the original crunchy ones, but for when you’re craving something a little different, these are just perfect.

Weird, I MUCH prefer the puffs over crunchy for the regular cheese version, like to the point that they’re one of my favorite snacks EVER while I don’t like the crunchy cheese Cheetos at all. I do like the flamin hot crunchy Cheetos, but they can be too hard and hurt my teeth. However, I actually think that the crunchy flamin hot Cheetos taste way better than the puffed version. I think these puffs are hotter, like fairly significantly hotter, than the crunchy flamin hots, but at the same time they’re also less cheesy and have less flavor, it’s just lots of heat. I think frito lay should tweak the flamin hot seasoning that goes on the puffs to be a little less hot and a lot more cheesy and flavorful, I wouldn’t even mind the heat if they just had more flavor actually because I do like heat, I just don’t like ONLY heat with no flavor. For a reference to what these could and should taste like with improvements (and also a perfect flamin hot product with a softer, puffed texture) try Chester’s flamin hot fries. Those are BOMB and what I was expecting these puffs to taste like, but they don’t, at all.

My new obsession

I used to eat hot cheetos every day in high school. I took a break from them for awhile, and then during pandemic I had a few sore teeth and cavities, that I had to ignore for awhile until it got safer (it didnt but after awhile i had to go) Anyway, i bring that up because while my teeth were sore and sensitive & before i had to get a root canal, I had to stop munching on my beloved hot cheetos!! I missed the flavor. then my obsession started with Hot Funyuns, but then Target stopped letting me order on the app to have it shipped to my house like end of 2020. So ive been craving my hot chips like crazy. We have had a hard time finding them in stores. Not as good as the Honey BBQ

I like a "Chip" with flavor, the cheese stuff is alright got the younger kids but as a treat to myself, I like flavor. The spice in Flamin' Hot is alright but nothing, and I mean NOTHING compared to the Honey BBQ Puffs. Sweet Kick is what it had. That was full of flavor, had a grown women licking her fingers, and we don't do that. Would love to see those in Stores again.

Shipping needs work

I love these and I buy them every few months. For some reason I keep expecting Walmart to fix their shipping issue so I don’t have to go to the physical store just for the chips but they tend to be powder when I get them by mail. Honestly, this last shipment was the worst and I couldn’t help but laugh when I removed the paper off the top of the box and found the emptied bag of Cheetos among bottles of pedialyte.
