Cheetos Mac'n Cheese Bold & Cheesy 170g

I bought this to try as I love my crunchy jalapeno cheetos and of course have very fond memories of easy mac. So combining two things that are so yummy would obviously mean double the fun! Well it wasn't as groundbreaking or earth shattering as i had envisioned. It was fun to eat and absolutely a nice combination if you enjoy both products. Basically easy mac with the jalapeno cheesy flavour. The only difference was the noodles in it. It was another type of pasta instead of macaroni. I actually quite liked it. It had a lot of surface area for the spiciness. Would i buy this again? Hmm probably not unless i was super craving for easy mac and was sodium deficient. Still.happy i tried though.

This is not your normal mac and cheese cup. It doesn't have that weird microwave taste most do. It does have its own weirdness, though. The cheese powder is neon orange and truly tastes like Cheetos. Some of it even globs up and sticks in your teeth like Cheetos bits. It manages to be an unhealthy, disgusting manufactured mess that probably shouldn't be considered food but also the strangest, most pleasing little tasty treat. Kids would probably love it. As a grown woman, I felt a bit ridiculous eating it. But I thought about it after that, looking forward to the next cup. I'm giving it 5 stars and I'm not even clear why. It is just oddly satisfying.

Disgusting, Awful, Nasty

These taste absolutely HORRIBLE. I couldn’t finish them, I could barely even force myself to eat a third of the cup before throwing them in the trash. These taste like cardboard with a lot of heat. I’m honestly kind of shocked at how bad these taste. I’m not even picky, I just really don’t understand how anyone can even tolerate, let alone enjoy these. I love the bold n cheesy variety, that one is excellent and my favorite instant cup mac n cheese in general by far, so I was really shocked at how awful this was. The flamin hot variety isn’t great, but this one is just disgusting I mean like completely inedible to me.

Don't waste your money!

I just purchased this July 20,2022 I was so excited Cheetos Mac& Cheese! opened box first thing is the noodles are more like egg noodles and have same taste and texture after cooked. Plus they put very little noodles in the box. The Kraft mac & cheese in a boxes smaller than these has more volume after cooked. I opened cheese pack and did a finger taste test and was wow Cheetos! But then came the major disappointment. Once you follow direction on the box you will loose all the flavor. Taste like boiled noodles with a hint of butter and maybe the milk. The looks are cool looks like pot of curly Cheetos. I've read other reviews where people said they liked it, but everyone of them added sliced cheese or some kind of cheese sauce. In the end it all comes out the same Just wish it did taste like it had already made the journey.

Dont waste your money

I didnt have high expectations going in. Not even sure what I expected. But what I got was the most disgusting thing to ever come in a box. I mean the bar was never really that high since our food quality know-it-alls dropped the bar to the floor in the 1990s. But mystery food additives aside... even my kid who eats everything refused to eat it. And worse yet, my 4 dogs who literally eat cat poop, wouldnt touch it. So, while i understand theres alot of science that goes into making fake cheese to match the fake cheese taste on your deep fried sticks of crunchy styrofoam, but do you even have taste testers before you market this? Just yuck

Nasty!!!

Read several reviews saying that the cheese flavor and flamin hot flavors sucked and that this was the only good one. No clue what those people are smoking, because the cheese flavor one is by far the best and the flamin hot one is ok, but this one is just gross!!! I thought it’d be like the jalapeño cheddar Cheetos popcorn which is amazing and manages to somehow taste like fresh jalapeños and also super cheesy but this tastes like neither of those things and it’s way more spicy than the popcorn. It’s about as hot as the flamin hot version but that doesn’t work with this flavor and it ends up just tasting like a nasty muddled mess. Not cheesy, no real jalapeño taste, just weird spicy cardboard. The flamin hot one is super meh but way better than this at least. Normally I don't eat things like this, but I decided to give myself a treat for New Year's. I was so excited to get into these. I was disappointed in the end result. Instead of using water I opted for milk, since this is supposed to be mac and cheese. Made sense. However, this proved to be a bad idea. It altered the overall taste, and probably cancelled some of the spice as calcium often does. The pasta also ended up being very soft. This may have been a result of the final product sitting to cool for too long. If the final result had at least tasted good, I could have overlooked softness of the pasta. I actually started to almost feel sick while I was eating it. I have no allergies to anything in this. Tastes and Smells horrible!!!

I followed the box’s instructions carefully, and it said it would take 7 minutes for the pasta to cook, and when I went to go check, the pasta was still raw! So I waited another 5 minutes and it was eventually cooked. I added the last bit of ingredients, and when I finally added the powder to it, it started to smell really bad. Not to mention the color looked so unhealthy. I tasted it, and as I expected, it was disgusting. Don’t waste your money on this.
