I’m not a big snacker. I find most classic snacks a little overwhelming in flavor and not especially satisfying. I usually eat fruit, pickles, olives, or cheese if I’m feeling peckish throughout the day. But once in a while, I’d like a bowl of something crunchy. I was so ready for my cheezits. I like the fact tge party size have 2 bags inside. They finally arrive, and I open the nicely sealed walmart bag to a box filled with crushed cheezits. Somehow the bag busted inside the box. I immediately called walmart customer service to let them know, and Muaz took care of situation like a pro. I did not have to ask for anything. He not only gave me a refund for the defective item, but also the cheetos that was with this part of my order. He also gave me a discount off my next purchase for the inconvenience. . Now that is good customer service. Thank you Muaz for your great customer service. We need more like you

I truly don’t know how to say this. Cheez-its used to be my favorite snack. It was always my snack of choice for every road trip growing up. But something has changed and it’s not my tastebuds. I thought I was going crazy, the flavor in every box and bag I have had recently is gone. The crackers are not cheesy, salty, or good. I asked my mother and she also agrees. I thought the recipe had been changed, but after some research it hasn’t been. I’ve also looked at many of the reviews under this website aswell. Seems as if I am not alone in this conclusion. I just wanted to state my truth, in hopes that this issue can be resolved.
Shame on you cheezit. I have been a fan of these crackers for a long long time.I recently bought a new Box. When I open the box, I found that the crackers were much smaller and much thinner.But the price was higher. It just seems like you went along with every other company and sold us out for your greed. I do like these crackers, but I'm going to go with an offbrand. I will get used to the taste of them just like I got used to the taste of your product. But since you find it necessary to rip us off, I will blow you off. Goodbye Cheezit's. shame on you all.
My family an I love Cheez-it and the new flavors that have been added over the years makes them even better! However, there is one issue I think needs to be addressed. With big brands one of the biggest struggles is consistency and I think that has become an issue with Cheez-it. Again, we love them but one box will be perfectly toasted and the next seems to be overdone. I know everyone has their preference and that is further supported by the Extra Toasty offering. So my suggestion is just consistent product. Thanks for listening and keep making awesome snacks!
I noticed one of the bags tasted quite stale. I didn’t finish it. Later I opened another one. It was fresh either. I looked down and noticed crumbs falling from the bottom of the pouch. I had noticed crumbs earlier but was thinking I was just a messy eater. Later I put 2 and 2 together and realized that the bags were stale because they may not have been sealed properly. I checked the other pouches and my theory was correct- hence causing the stale taste.I then checked the box to find that several more were not completely sealed from the bottom causing crumbs to fall out from the bottom of each pouch. Proceeded with just throwing all away.
I just purchased 2 boxes of original Cheez-it with a coupon from the company for a box I had purchased that were 90% crumbs. These boxes are toasted and burnt with little flavor. I don't know what is going on with the company. Seem as if they're unable to control their equipment properly or need new equipment. I am sure I ordered these crackers directly from Walmart for $5.78 for home delivery along with a huge order. What I received was a box shipped in a plastic bag that appears to have been stepped in.When I went to do my return, it showed this detailed info (3rd party seller with a price of $16.99 for ONE box of Cheezits). Who would spend that on a box of crackers?!?Though I don’t understand the inner workings of Walmart and how my seller went from Walmart to this 3rd party seller, I’m thrilled they arrived crushed otherwise I may not have noticed.Use extreme care when shopping online and always check your receipt to make sure it all matches up. A valuable and an expensive lesson.
