I bought this appliance a few weeks ago. It is a great oven. However I would have preferred an door that lifted up.I find I cannot take out a heavy hot pot.Other than that is is very good

I love the fact that I dont need to pre-set a timer to activate the oven only to get up in the middle of my to those annoying beeps to cancel the timer. Another feature that I love is that there are no side grills to clean the shelve gliders are built into the oven so that eliminates alot of excessive scrubbing.

I bought this oven a month ago to replace my Baroness Chef which was fantastic. This oven cooks well, but the timer is very poor. It cannot be set for blocks of time less than 10 minutes. The oven also lacks a clock.

There is a wire bracket in the grill section. I think this may be just for transport. Have not used grill or oven yet but would like to confirm that we should remove same wire bracket before use! Maybe an extra shelf would be an asset!
My Wife is happy with the Oven As we had to shop around for 1 with Clear Glass & your's was the only 1 which had it., like to see inside while thing are cooking. would have like the timmer BELL to be a bit LOUDER.
My wife wanted separate drop down grilled. Fitted our cabinet but we paid installer a little extra to cut and fit. It's a great oven.
I had a Chef double oven previously (for 16 years) which I was very happy with. Based on this experience I bought another one. Unfortunately I couldn't get my previous model in white so had to settle for the base model. A technician has come out to replace the timer and now the new one doesn't work. The oven just doesn't seem to cook well, takes one and a half the time to cook something that the previous oven cooked. So unhappy - based on this experience my next oven will not be a Chef!
I did a Reno on my kitchen. I had the same oven in the brushed stainless steel, so was happy to get the same one but in the white. I was a bit disappointed as within three weeks of having it installed the oven light blew. I have my electrician chasing a new globe, but at the moment I have no light
Am happy with my oven, it's fairly basic but that's all I need. I chose this model because I wanted a separate griller. It's helpful that the light stays on while the oven is on because it reminds me to turn it off ... I'm old and a bit forgetful.
