Purchased to replace the old cutting boards , like the size and cost

I find that the board feels very "cheap", for lack of better word. It's incredibly hard, and I feel that it hurts my Mundial knives despite the claim that it "will not dull knives". It's very slippery too, so you will certainly need to place a damp rag beneath it to keep it from sliding all over the place. I work in a commercial kitchen, and I needed some small cutting boards for quick tasks, but I wouldn't recommend these Chef Inox ones at all. The only good point I can offer is that they are indeed very easy to clean, thus the 2 stars. Otherwise, my colleagues in the kitchen have been reaffirming the fact that I was ripped off by spending $30 on 3 of these boards every day. I brought 3 of these while they where discounted best buy ever they are great.
