Decided this xmas to make our traditional xmas pudding that is normally boiled in a cloth for hours as individual puddings which I did in a water bath in the oven. These pudding moulds were perfect and the puddings turned out amazing.
I really like this product. Good quality stainless steel and a fantastic size for individual desserts..not too big that you feel full, but not too small that's you're craving more! Perfect! These are a bargain!
This is indeed a generous size and good for my husband. I make liners out of baking paper and successfully bake cupcakes and muffins.
These moulds were perfect for making Panna Cotta, and although at first i thought they were rather small, they turn out to be a good size once the dessert is turned out. The only bugbare i have is the STICKERS, they wont come off :( However I bought two different moulds as i could not buy the required quantity all in one type. I also bought Cuisena 69mm mould and i recommend the Tomkin over these simply because neither stickers will come off but the Cuisena has huge stickers on the sides where as the tomkin stickers are on the bottom. otherwise very happy with the quality of both products.
Got a dozen of these, because they are extremely versatile due to their size, shape and material. Plus stacked together they hardly take up any space in the kitchen cupboard. To get the labels off: I turned the moulds upside down, spread some cooking oil on them with my finger and left it to soak for a few minutes. That way they came off without any residue nor scratch marks. Very happy with my purchase.
The product is very good and what was wanted But:-The website said they were in stock at the nearest outlet so said I would pick up 3 days later when traveled 70Km But they were not there. Advised would be later in the week!! and would call me. a week went by so I called and yes they were there. After I got home a day later I got a call to say ready for pick up!Anyway thats the way a lot of organizations work these days _ all need a shake up!
