This product is not a typical energy boost product selling on the market. Instead of made by chemical stuffs, this product is made with natural ingredients. There are only sugar, water and Korean Ginseng.Therefore, I feel more comfortable to consume this product without worrying about any palpitations. Because it doesn't have any caffeine. But at the same time, it doesn't effect right away. I personally is not a big fan of its tastes. Red Ginsengs are bitter anyway, adding sugar won't make it better. Still, it is better than most of the Ginseng drinks on the market.

I've been having trouble sleeping for several months and have been fatigued as a result. These Red Panax Ginseng Liquid Sticks help me feel energized, but, unlike a cup of coffee, they don't leave me jittery.The taste is strong. The first time I tried it, I took it straight from the pouch. I don't find the taste unpleasant, but I thought it was very concentrated. After that, I added a pouch to a cup of warm water to make a tea-like drink. I prefer it that way, but I'll take it straight from the pouch if I'm on the go. I think these ginseng sticks are convenient and effective.

It's one of those things you can learn to enjoy.Overall - great quality ginseng extract. 1000mg per stick is a good dosage to start which, but the stronger products often offer 3000mg per stick.

This stuff uses 6 year old red ginseng which is said to be at its optimal potency. It's definitely on the most bitter side of spectrum as far as ginseng supplements go but I like how it has less than 1 gram of sugar and the easy of consumption. You can just open the pack and squeeze the contents into your mouth without the need to mix with water. I have consumed some ginseng extracts in the past where it was slightly sweet and cause a bit of head ache, but this one provided some energy without any of those side effects.
Each pack is pretty small, and about the length of my hand. It is convenient that I can carry this around since it is individually wrapped. It is easy to open without scissors. If you are not familiar with Korean ginseng, this taste might not appeal to you, but I am familiar with it, so I did not mind it at all.
