I am very petite- 5'0" and 105 lbs, and these are the only pants I have found (and I have tried EVERY BRAND) that fit me properly and give me any shape. The cargo pockets are a feature I desperately need as well. They are comfortable and stay on great- I actually have removed the string in all of mine because they are the perfect fit without it. My 5 foot stature plus a 1.5-2 inch scrub heel, they are almost touching the ground in the back. I would say they would fit anyone up to 5'4" or so without being too short.

Just bought 2 pair of these in a search for pants that are comfortable, cover my butt crack when I stoop down, and fit more slightly more streamlined than the drawstring elastic back pairs I've always worn. I lost enough weight that my old pants were too baggy. I went and tried a medium which looked great but pulled down in the back when I stooped down! So I had to find something better...enter...these pants! I tried them on and the large fit me right off the rack. Like they were made for me! No longer lost in my pants! No crack showing, no bagging butt, lots of great pockets, stretch (!), soft and comfortable. Only con is they do attract lint like no other, but for all the rest of the great stuff it's worth it! I am 5'7" 180. I normally wear a size 14 pant. I wear ... These are the most comfortable scrub pants I own. They’re soft and stretchy, and do not shrink in the dryer on a normal setting. I’m up and down on the floor all days with kids doing PT. There’s plenty of pockets-2 back pockets, 2 front pockets with a decent depth (my iPhone stays in it fine), and cargo pockets that are deep. They have a cute fit. The elastic in the waist band is comfortable, however my old pairs it was sewn down better. The new ones are not sewn good and some get twisted in the material, but I don’t pay any attention to it when I’m wearing them. There’s a draw string on top if they need tightening, and side slit vents at the bottom. The color does fade a little with washing but not too much. I love these scrub pants overall. I like the fit of these pants however the material is pretty thin and not the good thin. These are the thin that will wear pretty quick especially if you have thick thighs like myself. The fit and cut is great though.

I loved the thicker material and the waist is a great fit, but below the waist (behind area) is very baggy and almost have a pouch-like look. Extremely “roomy” in the hips/behind area, even after following the size chart. And I have curves. I am 5’2 and 120lbs, and ordered petite small. The length and leg fit were great. I found out that I ordered the wrong scrubs color the day after I ordered the scrubs. I called the day after I ordered to see if I could have the color changed to Royal blue and the customer service said that there was nothing that could be done because it was in Fulfillment already. So, several days later I received scrubs that I can not use. And I don’t have time to go send them back off as a busy travel nurse. It seemed like an easy fix to me. I decided I will wait until I return back home to Florida to return them in store and I won’t be purchasing anymore from this company. As of right now I only have 1 pair of royal blue scrubs that I am having to wash every other day to make them work.

First time trying these, so far I like them a lot. I got the Large and held back on the tall after reading reviews saying the are a long already. I am 5'6 & 190lbs, I like the feel of these and length was great in the regular. I wear most of my pants at about an inch or so below the belly button. The material is flattering without showing every dimple in my 'mom-of-three' thighs, can't stand that slinky material that shows everything! Great dark grey, Pewter, and it matches my Koi and Code Happy greys pretty close.

5'5" and 120lbs with inseam 29" I ordered a small regular and too long. Must be 3" too long. Large flare with split will make difficult to hem. Petite size would be too short and XS reg too tight elsewhere. Great feel material and love the pockets. Especially like the pull string waist to tighten up waist.
