Chicco Hoopla Baby Bouncer, Denim Grey (Titanium)

Very disappointed, I ordered this as a gift. I never received it, I was given a note through my door saying it had been left behind my wheelie bin. When I got home from work it was not there. I have been communicating with the seller for several days now. I have still not been informed if I was getting a replacement or a refund. I gave them the chance to re send, but nothing. I have now reached a point where I will be going to purchase another from an actual store as I need it asap. I have had no response from my last 2 emails. Customer service is very poor. I would have preferred a replacement but now I will wait for my refund.

Is it safe? Will mothers trust it? Is it entertaining? Does it have educational value? Is it versatile? What is it made of? Is it easy to clean? Can you travel with it?

Can't give too much of a review on this as my baby hasn't arrived to use it yet, but it was really easy to put together, it looks very comfortable for the baby and it folds easily. I like the fact that we'll be able to use it at various stages of the baby's development, which was the main reason we picked this bouncer over the others we looked at. And reasonably priced too - no complaints!

Bought this for my 3-month old and she loves it! The chair is really good quality and comes with an extra padded cushion which is great for little bums! Definitely think this is value for money and would recommend

Good price. Nice material. Looks comfy for baby. Ideal for use for a longer period of time as it converts to older child. There is also a mobile for baby to look at. No music or vibration. Good quality chair without frills

My 10 week old baby girl loves this rocker/bouncer! The newborn insert is super comfy - she’s quite happy to nap and play in it. She’s beginning to interact and reach out to hit the toys, and it’s lovely to watch. I like the various settings you can raise the back of the seat to, so she can gradually sit up more in it. Really really love this product. So much better than our experience with these types of thing with our firstborn.
