Do not buy - dentist drill like high pitched noise, ice build up in fridge

I understand I bought a cheap fridge, however, this one is a joke. It runs with a high pitched noise that is akin to a dentist drill which has caused me headaches as the fridge is in earshot of my bed. I only have a few bottles of condiments on one shelf and they have iced over due to the inside back wall of the fridge having ice build up growing onto the shelf. Do not recommend, also, store won't accept a return as it's been just over two weeks since purchase.... Show more

Whilst waiting for my 499ltr fridge to be delivered in 6-8 weeks I purchased this fridge to fulfill my needs in the meantime. I have been able to store in the fridge section 11 precooked meals, butter, jam, 12 eggs, 1.25 drink, 1.5ltr x2 juice/milk for my weekly food. Freezer section has spare room after my ice cube trays and ice cream 2ltr all fit comfortably.... Show more

I purchased this fridge as a bar fridge. It is compact, good looking, quiet and works really well. It lives on our patio outside and is doing the job beautifully. The only negative I can think of is that it is not a frost free fridge and needs to be defrosted. Having said that though, I have had the fridge for four months and its only now I am thinking about defrosting so I think it will only need to be done maybe three times a year and I can live with that.... I went through reviews before deciding to buy this fridge. It's even more than expected with the product. Have been using it for 7 months now and really happy with it. The fridge is perfectly for one person, or even two if you are cooking at home usually. I cook at home nearly 5 days/week and always find that the capacity of fridge is enough. However, the delivery time took a bit longer than expected. May be that's something you want to have a head up.... Show more

The delivery guy rocks up and says they Can't take my daughters fridge away because it has ice in it. She now has an old fridge and a new fridge. Such a simple thing to advise the client of this in the store... Result Good Guys gets 1 Star for being thoughtless. yes, I know this is not about the fridge, which is probably great.... Show more

This is a gorgeous little fridge! I have students, so it is perfect for them to store their private drinks eats etc, so my big kitchen fridge is freed up.Its stylish, has sharp clean cut lines looks great! The freezer holds a surprising amount of frozen food, and although small the fridge has ample room as well.My only negative is that it is not frost free. Ive really forgotten that business of cleaning ice from the ice box! But an excellent scraper is provided for the purpose! I just have to remember to do it.... Show more

It is just what I wanted as a 2nd little fridge - It is bigger than a bar fridge and holds a decent amount.I would have given it a 5 star rating but found a scraper in the instruction booklet bag. So read in the manual and found "The appliance isnt frost free model and it needs to manual defrost regular" Most discriptions and specs on ANY of the fridges on line dont mention anything about Frost Free or not Fost Free. So I justifiably prosumed they didnt make non fost free fridges anymore. So far have not had to defrost and hoping it wont be for ages, but am not looking forward to the antiquated process of defrosting a freezer.... Show more
