Introduced in 2011 as the Chopin portfolio's second extension. It is made entirely of golden rye grown in the Podlasie region of eastern Poland. It was distilled in a column still made of copper. The palate is medium-bodied, but the finish is dry and spicy. A little bitter. A more energising vodkaclean, sharp, and structured. It would cut through rich foods, so serve with dinner.
