I am always wary of non stick utensils and have gotten rid of all Teflon products in my kitchen. Hard anodized utensils are the way to go for non stick cooking. They are safer compared to Teflon as the toxins does not transfer into the food. I had heard of circulon cookware before but hadn't tried it. They are of a very high quality and a five star product.

Loving these pans so far! The color is absolutely gorgeous; it's a pearl finish over a deep purple-y red (merlot is the perfect name for it). The pan itself feels very sturdy, without being too heavy, and the handle is covered in a textured grip that works great when your hands are wet. LOVE that they are dishwasher safe; it's one of my must haves when buying pans for regular use. The pans have nice tall walls with a slight outward curve to them making food manipulation very easy; I could see using these for a stir-fry and not having to worry about ingredients falling out. The pans arrived safely and in good order. They work as advertised - non-stick. I added these 2 pans to the set I already own. I find that having 2 10 inch pans work best for us as I am a Keto cooker and my husband is not. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is they did not come with lids like my other set did. I did not see lids on the website either.

These skillets are great for whatever one might be cooking up and I can't recommend them highly enough! These will certainly be my go to pand for a long time. The ONLY downside I have found when using them is that they don't come with lids. This is clear in the description so it wasn't a surprise that they dont, but I wish they did because that would make this skillet set complete.

Bought this pan set to go with a pot set I purchased from a tv shopping channel. I treated myself at the start of the pandemic in order to cook at home and add a bit of style to my kitchen. The pots and wok are great, but these pans are awful. They were non-stick for about 3 uses. Then they stick like nobody’s business, even with a bit of oil. I use medium heat only, have babied the pans, washing with mild soap and gentle cloths. It doesn’t matter: they are nearly useless because everything sticks so badly. I had a different set of Circulon pans years ago that I ended up getting rid of for the exact same reason. I saw the chocolate Symmetry set and thought I’d give it another go - maybe they’ve improved - but I’m sadly disappointed in the pans. These are truely nonstick when properly preheated with or without oil. The pans have small grooves inside at the bottom that help ingredients come off easily. However, the grooves make it challenging to cook moist scrambled eggs because the eggs get trapped between the low channels. Fish fries well on med-high fatty skin side down and it comes off with ease with a nice crisp. Fried rice and stir fry are enjoyable because the pans heat evenly very well! Cleaning the pans with a soft sponge and soap makes the pans very low maintenance. The ergonomics and light weight of the pans make it easy to hold by the long handles even when cooking for long periods of time over medium high heat. The pans say they make pouring out the sides of the pans drip free, but I did experience oil run down the side of the pan while slowly pouring out excess frying oil. Otherwise, I did not have any issues quickly pouring out wet foods or meals with liquid from these pans. The instructions warn against cooking under high heat, but with the performance of these pans I don't think you would need to set ur stoves to high heat unless you are trying to sear something. However, I would not recommend using these pans because they aren't meant for high heat cooking. I was not aware modern nonstick pans have come this far from the older coatings. The number one concern with the nonstick was making sure they were PFOA free which leeches into food and has been linked to health issues. So reading these pans were made without the chemical put my mind to ease in choosing these pans! If you are in need of a nonstick pans that can withstand every day use with reliable performance, I do recommend these pans! They replaced my old ones!

Many skillets say 12"" inches but the surface area will be more like 10"" and then have a high wall. This pan has a lot more surface area to sear proteins, brown vegetables without crowding them, or for boiling spaghetti noodles in the skillet without breaking them up. (if you've never done this, it uses a lot less water and boils so much faster...you'll love it...google it) The handle stays cool on the stove top. If you wanna roast a chicken, you can do that in this skillet and put it in the oven up to 400 degrees!
