Circulon Radiance Deep Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan/Fry Pan/Hard Anodized Skillet with Lid - 12 Inch, Gray

These pans are awesome. I bought one large fryer previously and it has worked out very well. Food will stick in the grooves to some degree but a gentle cleaning gets the crud out. I believe I read that using a little vinegar helps clean also. I know they are supposed to be non- stick but they are so good in every other way that I don’t mind cleaning a little. I don’t put them in the dishwasher because I want them to last I know they are supposed to be dishwasher safe but those harsh detergents can destroy anything. One other thing I should mention is that when you place the pan on a gas burner be sure that you have it centered because they can be a little tippy. I love the fry pan. I love the depth of it. The size is perfect for cooking for a large family. I love the nonstick bottom. I love everything about this fry pan.

Excellent Pan

So far, so good. I got this to replace my usual non-stick pan which was losing the non-stick layer (after someone used metal utensils on it...). I like that it is deep. Things have not stuck to it and it is very easy to clean. I would have given it five stars except that the instructions say to use medium heat and some foods just need higher heat.

Expected more of it

I bought the set of circulon. I was told its guaranteed no scratches or stick. I spent the first 6 months impressed and recommended it to all my family in the U. S. and abroad. until the deep fry got scratches from the outside (although i wash it carefully... Never put in dishwasher). Also the bottom surface of the deep fry pan changed its color to bronze after frying eggplants... I wonder why! It looks like oil spilled on the bottom and got sticky. It won't go away no matter how much detergent i scrub it with.Disappointing that i was assured no stickiness or scratches. It just didn't meet my expectations. The small pieces in the set are doing better than this skillet.

Good cooking

Not as heavy a pan as I was expecting but made chicken picata tonight and the chicken browned nicely. Did have a scratch on the botton which was just cosmetic but probably contributed to the discounted price. Love have a lid for the pan as often needed and other frying pans do not have one

Great addition to the set!

I am extremely happy with the Circulon Radiance set I purchased! I purchased this 12 inch deep fry pan to replace an old non-stick pan that has lost its Teflon.The depth is what I was looking for and like the other pieces, clean up is a piece of cake!!Bonus: Hubby is happy I am cooking more! Score!

Great non-stick pan!

The pan works great. I’m not surprised having had quite a few of them over the last 15 years. I wouldn’t have had to order another if not for a family member cold water quenching a very hot pan causing it to warp. It would have sill been useable but we have an electric flattop stove.

I Like this Skillet, but Not the Lid

This is a great non-stick skillet. The only issue is the lid. The handle is not completely covered and I almost burned my fingers when I lifted it. I have the previous version of this skillet, and luckily, I saved the lid just in case I needed it. The handle is completely covered and you don't have to worry about burning your fingers. I am glad I kept it and am using the old lid, which is in great condition.

Love this pan!

This fry pan is truly nonstick and easy to clean. It's large enough for bacon strips, and the higher sides makes it easy to spoon out other foods. This is the third pan I've tried lately, and this one is the best! Glad I purchased.

My new go-to pan!

I reach for this pan over all the All Clad and others that I have, love it! Had other Circulon pans that finally bit the dust after years and years of use, which is why I opted for this brand, and I'm not disappointed. Great size, solid design, depth is perfect, love the option for using a lid when a recipe calls for it. It is getting a little stained/discolored on the outside, but the inside has stayed clean and upheld well in the months of use. Would definitely purchase again!
