I actually purchased my set from Kohl's in March of 2020. I was Hospitalized and very nearly died and I kept seeing Kohl's Cookware SALE on the TV. My Husband was sitting in a chair next to me and I told him if I survive this I am getting Cookware. He said OK but he wanted me to throw out the old, scratched up pieces.The Circulon are wonderful to cook with and I LOVE the Merlot color!! (Merlot has since been discontinued) What I didn't like was that some were scratched on the exterior and 3 had metallic chips around the rim. I called Kohl's, but they said to box them up and send them back. I decided just to keep them (figuring that another set would probably have similar problems).I do not put them in the Dishwasher or the Oven. The set is very nice, but on the first wash, the rubber from one of the lids broke. I tried to contact customer service more than a week ago but no answer from them. I am very disappointed, I used to own a set from this same company and it lasted for more than 10 years. This one on the other hand, at the first wash is already falling apart. I hope someone from customer service will contact me soon. It is a pricey set and I thought at least the quality would make it worth. Unfortunately that is not the case.

Replacing an older Cerculon set because some of the cooking surfaces are scratched and the exteriors are discolored. Love how Circulon has heat resistant handles. The dark gray exteriors are attractive. They redesigned the pot and pan handles so that water doesn’t pool in them when in the dishwasher. I love Circulon cookware!

My old non stick pots and pans were are scratched and food started to stick. Decided to splurge on a new set. Love the color. Food cooks without sticking. I’ve used them in the oven, no issues. Lids can be used for multiple pots and pans. My one negative is that the smaller pots are narrow and taller rather than wider. I think I prefer a wider pot but these do the job.
I love this Circulon cookware. It's my second set. It's heavy enough to provide really even heat, but light enough that I can lift it fairly easily. The silicone-clad handles are wonderful. Clean-up is a breeze--just a little dish detergent and a soft sponge is all I need. I wish it came in other colors, as I could use a set in, maybe, blue?
Nothing sticks, inside or out. Cooking is a breeze, cleanup is a breeze. I think these Circulon pots have been redesigned to be a little lighter weight than they were years ago; that and the silicone (?) clad handles make it much easier to pick up and pour, as do the pour lips and strainer lids. I wish there were other color choices; I have two sets (in black and chocolate) and would love a set in dark blue.
Folks, do NOT buy Circulon nonstick pans. Trust me. If you’re cooking daily, like I am, you’ll be lucky if you get a full year out of them before they begin to stick. Doesn’t matter how much oil you use, how hot you get the pan - EVERYTHING is gonna stick. Get the Trampntina pans from Costco. I’ve had them for 4 or so years and still have had no problems and they’re cheaper. Take it from someone who hard uses pans daily- don’t buy Circulon.

I wouldn't have been sad if Circulon said that I had to pay shipping, or asked me to send in the old pot, but it was easier than that, which was great.So, long story short (too late?), Circulon has been great. The pots/pans have held up, Circulon honors their lifetime warranty, and I really have no complaints.
In January 2024, I bought the Circulon Symmetry Hard Anodized 11-pc. Cookware Set. Right out of the box the 8qt. stock pot was severely bent. The 3qt saucepan was missing a bit of the advanced 3-layer nonstick coating inside front of the pan. Also what I really didn’t like after seeing it was the shape of saucepans, tall slim pots compared to wider pots.Warranty. I filled out the forms and submitted pictures of the damaged items. Customer service never replied to my 4 emails and phone message I left. Returned cookware to JCP.Dissatisfied Circulon customer!
I bought this set for my partner as a surprise for her new home with an Induction cooktop & she was beyond blown away. We only buy Circulon Cookware ... PERIOD. Even our beloved late parents would only buy this cookware brand due to the sensational performance and nonstick properties that others claim but really deliver. Brilliant Job, Brilliant Company, excellent Customer Service that is second to none and the Symmetry Cookware is Simply Sensational Stunning Cookware. Thank you Circulon.
