I was recommended this product by a friend and to be honest I was a bit sceptical, but recently moved into a new place with a new wooden floor that I wasn't sure how to care for...sweeping, moping and then drying. This product does it all in one go! It's amazing.The floor is left clean and dry instantly and there are no streaks. One tank of water does my whole living and kitchen area. Emptying the dirty water reservoir shows just how much gunk it takes off a seemingly clean floor and all the dry debris (crumbs, hair and dirt etc) is caught in the tray. It's really easy to clean as well.Mine is a newer model than my friends and I couldn't be happier with this purchase.Thank you!

No more mop.* On our initial setup we got a warning light saying water tank empty (it was full) we did some troubleshooting and found a Hizero video that instructed us to insert and remove the water tank a few times with the machine running….. and YAY it was fixed!!

We’re a house of four with two kids under ten and this has become indispensable. Our youngest leaves the floor looking like an impressionist masterpiece after each meal which required a combination of sweeping, sponging and mopping to clean up. Not anymore. We run the Hizero under the table and the floor looks perfect. We use it now in place of sweeping. So the floors get swept and mopped in one go. Our house is cleaner and we’re not spending any more time cleaning - the perfect outcome. We clean out the water tanks after most uses and clean the rollers every few days. The manual says to do this after each clean but we’re finding this regime works.I would recommend this to anyone who wants to listen.

The price can be a lot to justify some times but if you buy a good quality vacuum and a good quality mop you’ll most likely spend more anyway plus you would have to do the job twice. This machine does exactly what it says, vacuums and mops all at the same time and it’s the only mop that doesn’t leave my tiles streaky or cloudy. I even used it on my carpets and runs even though it’s hard floor. I was blown away, fluffy fresh smelling carpet that’s hardly even damp. The one and only down fall is the container size for the water needs refilling a few times of your doing large areas but everything else has been great. I have around 120m2 of indoor tiles and around 20m2 outdoor tiles that are both challenging to clean in their own way. The indoor tiles have most of the traffic, kitchen cooking, bathrooms mess and general kids/pets playing. Outdoor tiles cope a lot of dust, soot, bbq oil, fine particles and mess that spread around when people walk around. Using traditional cleaning methods (bucket and mop) takes me approximately 1 hour to mop well inside and 30 min outside (due to the amount of dirt there). Not only is it hard exercise, but it also takes a relatively long time to dry. Also, for some reason I’m never satisfied with the outdoor tiled area cleaning as it feels like I’m just mooshing the dirt around. Since I am very invested in keeping my Hizero working well I also clean the particle catcher, roller, filter and brush after every 500mL water refill and I notice that hair can catch on the mechanical rotors of the brush and roller which I also clean after every 500mL water refill. I have noticed that the Hizero floor solution contains an anti-fungal which is probably to keep the Hizero parts from growing moulds but it would be nice to be able to add a detergent or disinfectant or essential oil to make my floors smell fresh - I realise that I cannot do this as it can breakdown the rollers so I am just happy for clean floors everyday and maybe the once a month mop with an essential oil to make the room smell fresh.Overall I am happy with this product and recommend it to people with little time and busy lives.
I loved my original Hizero but the changes to the new one F803 are subtle but awesome. The dock is better, the water tank floats system is better, and I believe a little bit quieter than my original model. As I said subtle but definitely better. It provides an amazing way to sweep and mop the floor quicker than you can using conventional methods. I live in a 2 bedroom villa in a lifestyle resort, most floors are tiled and I can complete the whole house with just two tanks of water. The floor takes just minutes to dry and you can feel the cleanness of the floor when you walk on them. If you haven't seen how a Hizero works go along to a retailer, see a demonstration and make your own mind up. They are worth every cent.
