As I expected. The first watch I had in my life was a clCitizen back in 1987 as a gift from my father. After trying many brands ever since, I decided to go back to the roots. And Citizen doesn't let me down. Good money for value with a masterpiece for only £299. Looking forward to keep it for the same time I kept my first Citizen watch (1987 to 2005) or even longer.

This is a lot of watch for the money: sapphire crystal, a reliable, not bad looking and very serviceable Miyota (owned by Citizen) automatic movement (as used by many a more expensive micro-brand), display case back, good quality solid link integrated steel bracelet, contemporary design, and good accuracy and ergonomics.If I had to quibble, and at this price, that’s not entirely fair, the power reserve of 40 hours is a bit low, the deployant clasp is a touch lightweight, and the Citizen watch box the watch comes in is pretty insubstantial. Oh, and no printed instructions.I’m not entirely sure how Citizen makes money on this one. Get one whilst you can!

This is a head turner. Beautiful dial and chain.The only cons are the unusual crown placement which is a boy difficult to wind and if you are not wearing this watch regularly, then you'd have to do that quite often and the second thing is the movement. You can feel the automatic movement weight a lot of times on the wrist when you move and the movement has not settled.Starbuy as always have been we Xcellent with the delivery and deals.
I purchased the light Blue Tsuyosa, love the color, style of the watch, that I purchased the yellow version. This Tsuyosa is bright and happy. Both these watches remind me of a sunny day. They can be worn as a formal or casual watch. I like the location of the crown. It doesn’t dig into your wrist. I just wish they would have it protrude another 2mm, to make it easier to manipulate. I would highly recommend getting one!
Great watch for the money. Has the style of a DateJust with the price tag of a citizen. The automatic movement is actually pretty decent and keeps pretty accurate time. The bracelet seems a bit flimsy until you put it on then its comfortable and feels solid. I like it so much I might get another color or two because the value is right. Solid addition to the collection.
Had more complements on this watch in two weeks than my entire collection combined. Yellow is great under sunlight. Interesting colour to play with when pairing with outfits.Order came much faster than the ETA, watch was packaged well and in perfect condition. It arrived in great condition. Note that the bracelet had to be resized but it's really easy to do yourself with a cheap DIY kit off amazon.
Overall very happy. The watch is attractive and comfortable. It keeps excellent time and seems well-made. My only real complaint is that the crown is small both in height and diameter. This makes setting and winding the watch difficult. A larger diameter and taller crown would make this much easier. This is not a big deal if you wear it every day, but does come into play if you rotate wearing this time piece and others. I also found the watch an excellent value in its price range.
I've been looking at Rolex watches with the Tiffany-Blue dial and have had a hard time pulling the trigger due to the cost of Rolex watches. I LOVE the Tiffany-Blue dial. Well I was with my wife and daughter out of town and sitting in an outside mall waiting for them to come out of a department store, my wife comes up to me and tells me to go inside a Reed's Jewelry store while they continued to shop. Much to my surprise while looking at watches I came across the the Citizen 40M Auto with the Tiffany-Blue dial! I literally could not believe it. I bought it immediately and haven't looked back since. By the way I saved myself THOUSANDS! Absolutely love the Citizen!

Had it fitted before delivery.Had a local watch maker add two links back in as it was sized exactly, too snug, and the clasp adjustments were used up. It fits fine now. Very comfortable. Accuracy doesn't even come close to my Eco-Drive watches. It’s usually fast by 10-15 seconds a day. The seconds hand is essentially invisible and the lume is just OK. Date window is excellent. I’ll consider this more of a fashion item than a serious timekeeper. Setting and winding, when needed, are a little tricky due to the small recessed crown.Shipping was fast and easy. And the watch’ biz anf pillow are very nice.My best timekeeper is a recently purchased Totanium Eco-Drive that seldom gains or loses one ... MoreBought this to add to my collection of Automatics.
