The winder was jammed. Sent it back. Poor product and service. I have 3 other citizen's watches and very disappointed in the drop of quality of this product.
Great watch. Bezel is nice and tight. I like this. I abandoned the strap supplied and fitted a true silicon ND Limits strap instead. Highly recommended. I may buy an alternative coloured model for my collection.
