The shoes arrived so scratched. They looked like they had been clawed by an animal. I couldn’t believe it when I opened the package. Macy’s requires you pay for shipping back or return to the closest store. I won’t order from Macy’s again. Horrible.

These boots look great and pair well with jeans and other casual pants. The suede looks great, but does require some care so I would suggest using a suede protector. The stitching is perfect and the rubber soles are comfortable. It took a couple of days to break these shoes in, but after that they fit my feet great and seem pretty true to size. These are ankle boots and have just two pairs of eyelet holes for laces. I would have preferred a third because the laces do hang pretty low to the ground when tied. In any case, shorter laces would also resolve if this is an issue for you. Overall, I think these are great boots at a reasonable price. Recommended.

This is the first boot I’ve ever owned and I quite like it. I usually wear sneakers for everything and dress shoes when needed. I’ve been wanting to try a boot for awhile as a nice in between. These boots pair well with jeans. The rise on the boots isn’t too high. I don’t think the pad on the foot is anything fancy but it’s still comfortable. The only downside, which is preventable, is that the boots run large. I’m size 8 in literally every shoe and sneaker. These I need a 7.5. If you just choose a half size down you’ll be fine. I also have wide feet and these fit well on width.I will definitely be wearing my sneakers less and these boots more from now on.

Purchased this second pair for my husband because he finds them to be very comfortable. He likes them also because they are leather and he can wear them with different outfits. They are durable too; he still has his first pair but needed new ones for the Holidays.
I am happy with these boots from Clarks. They are comfortable enough and the quality is decent. They look a lot more expensive than they actually are. I've owned plenty of other similar boots that are three times as expensive. I also really like the light color of these boots because they go with a lot of different outfits and occasions. You can dress them up or down very easily. Beware that these boots do run a little large so I'd recommend buying them 1/2 size smaller just to be safe. Also, if you live in a rainy climate, you may want to look at a different material because these are suede which do not like contact with water. Overall, I'd recommend these boots because of looks and comfort. At this price point, these boots are hard to beat.
I bought these chukkas on the recommendation of a men's fashion forum. At first I was pleased - the color was good, and the leather quality seemed acceptable for the price. They were comfortable (I have large feet so the overlarge size wasn't an issue).About a week later, the SQUEAKING started. Good gravy these things squeak and squeak and squeak. Turns out you can't fix this without extensive cobbler work so I just rolled with it for a while. It was definitely loud enough to annoy others at the office but I was determined to get my money's worth. It never stopped. Four months later, the sole wore through to the rubber on the inside. I really can't believe this company sells leather boots that wear out that quickly. You may think these boots are inexpensive, but ... MoreI bought these chukkas on the recommendation of a men's fashion forum. Spend a few extra dollars and get a pair of boots that are well made and will last. These things are disposable. I will never buy a Clarks shoe again.
Dont pay retail. I paid less than thirty and they are definitely worth that. Leather is nice and feels of a good quality. There isnt much cushioning so dont expect to be able to be on your feet all day with these. Also they arent lined or insulated so they get cold pretty easily. They take a few wearings to start breaking in good. Just a good casual boot when sneakers wont work.
Ordered a pair of the dark brown and received what looked like a display model. Spoke with customer service who shipped out a new order only to receive another pair with scuffs all over them. Went through this 4 times until Macy’s flagged me for TOO MANY RETURNS. I even went into an actual store to do an exchange and all they had were pairs full of scuffs. I own a pair of these exact shoes for over 3 months and they don’t look anywhere as bad as the ones that were shipped to me. So Macy’s can take my money, send me a pair of used/displayed/tried on shoes 4 times and decline me from trying to get a fresh pair. Too bad I can’t upload pics to show how every pair came. Was even willing to send the pics to Macy’s customer service who declined.
Ordered a pair online in Taupe and what I received were noticeably darker in color and the material a lot courser and less “soft” than I expected them to be from the pics online (even after zooming in). Worse, the minute I stepped into them, I could tell they were going to be uncomfortable (and I'm not super picky/sensitive when it comes to comfort in such shoes). They had virtually zero cushioning or arch support inside. I walked across the hardwood floors in my house and that only confirmed my initial thought. I was also not a fan of the lack of forefoot & ankle support. That is a result of having only 2 sets of eyelets on each shoe. Not necessarily a flaw but a matter of preference. I expected much more from these Clarks because Clarks has never disappointed ... MoreOrdered a pair online in Taupe and what I received were noticeably darker in color and the material a lot courser and less “soft” than I expected them to be from the pics online (even after zooming in). Bought the beeswax color and received a different color. The package slip was correct, the box was tattered but correct but the shoes inside(which is the most important) were the wrong color. I called support. They offered me a 10 dollar in store gift card for my troubles. Unacceptable! I could’ve spent my hard earned money anywhere and I chose Macy’s. I wanted a little more than this considering it cost me time and money to return to a physical store which was my choice to get it over with. I did ask for Macy’s to send the correct color and they never did only to repay me my money. So I never received my correct color boots, wasted time(the most precious commodity on this earth), paid money out of my pocket for gas and wear and tear on my car with no boots to show ... MoreBought the beeswax color and received a different color.
