Clean Reserve Acqua Neroli Eau De Parfum Spray 100ml

I have always been on the 'casual' hunt for a perfume that suits my personality and that is as natural-smelling and subtle as possible. I've usually just settled on my shampoo or body lotion as being my 'scent' for the day, or sometimes I put a dab of essential oil on my temples. I really dislike the standard synthetic smell of perfume, so to be honest, I didn't have high hopes but I was SO pleasantly surprised! I love it! It is not over-powering and I've noticed a lot of people say that the scent fades too quickly, but this is what I actually like about it. It's so subtle and delicate and I feel like the perfume actually adjusts/adapt to your own body. I honestly can't believe that I finally found MY perfume!

When I spray it, it’s just this incredible juicy, refreshing lemon citrus on my skin. I detect some fig in the first hour, most of the time it’s a juicy citrus. As much as I love it, I would say this is a linear fragrance, it doesn’t change either direction that much. It’s a beautiful citrus, with a nice woodsy base to ground it and keep it out of “bathroom cleaner” territory. I quite enjoy it. Favorite Everyday Fragrance

This scent is a warm, sweet, slightly fruity scent that quickly becomes a skin scent within the hour (can still detect a soft pear note for a couple hours after spraying). It’s fairly soft and inoffensive, needing to be reapplied every few hours. (I’m not an over-sprayer normally. Most scents I only spray once on one wrist and am good for the whole day, but a lot of clean fragrances simply lack staying power. I have to spray this one four times 2-3x per day to get it to be detectable.) That being said, I did receive the sample rollerball from Sephora before buying the bottle, and to be honest, I preferred the sample to the full size spray. The scent lasted longer when applied as a rollerball. This is my new winter scent. I'm 25, so I'm at a point in my life where I need to find good in-between scents. Not overly gourmand and sweet or fruity like the stuff I wore when I was in high school, and not overly floral or powdery like the more mature perfumes that I'd expect my mom to wear. I gravitate mostly toward green, herbaceous, aquatic scents that lean a little musky or smoky. Pacifica's Enchanted Woods, JML's Wood Sage and Sea Salt, JML's English Pear & Freesia, and Santa Maria Novella's Cala Rossa are my current favorites, but I still found myself desiring something a little bit cozier. This is wonderful - it's rich and cozy and smells like wrapping yourself in a luxe cashmere sweater on a fall evening. Must-try (even if you hate pear perfumes)

I am not a signature scent type of person but I think this is changing my mind. I hear a lot of people say that this and sparkling sugar are identical but I disagree. I can see the similarities but this smells slightly smokey (like the type of smokey you get from real maple syrup) and obviously sweet. If you're not a pear fan I wouldn't be afraid to try this, the pear gives some freshness but also adds a caramelized feel. Sparkling sugar smells like how those cute Italian peach cookies look, leaves and all. But this reminds me of being in a hot destination watching the sunset with a breeze blowing while someone is making a pear dessert nearby. This would be a wonderful perfume to wear on a spring/summer date while sparkling sugar would be great for daytime. Nostalgic scent

I’ll start off by saying I am not much of a perfume lover..I typically would just buy something cheap from bath and body, which smell good but let’s be honest they don’t last like a high quality perfume does. There’s only ever been one perfume in my life I have truly loved and continued to think about since it was discontinued several years ago, and that perfume is Lilu by Pacsun. Up until now it was the only perfume I ever purchased that was more expensive than a bath and body spray and it was fully worth it. Recently I decided to seek out a perfume that smells similar to lilu and came across a Reddit post that swore Acqua Neroli was an exact match to lilu so I immediately searched for it. I am so ridiculously happy that not only does it give me that nostalgic feeling, but that it’s high quality perfume that has lasted all day and smells amazing! Please never discontinue this scent, I plan to continue buying it forever!

Understated with longevity

I fell in love with this perfume when my sister gave me a sample. I disagree with most of the longevity comments about this scent. Personally, I love this perfume by itself AND when i'm layering (pairs well with Versace bright crystal) I find that when I wear it with another stronger perfume such as the Bright Crystal, ill get compliments on the bright crystal initially throughout the day but as it goes on the stronger perfume dissipates and the lasting smell on my skin and clothes at the end of the night is the SKIN perfume. I can even smell it on my coats the next day. I'm constantly smelling myself when I have this scent on. Its subtle but in the best way which is why again its a great layering scent. Worth it.

I would give this five stars just for the scent alone. I ordered a small-size bottle. I gave it four because the first two bottles I received smelled nothing like it was supposed to (I had two smaller-sized samples that smelled perfect). That being said the company didn't hesitate to send not one, but two replacement bottles. They were very nice and helpful. The first replacement was pulled from the same lot as the bottle I purchased so it also smelled off. The second replacement however is perfect and finally, after a month I can wear the fragrance I purchased. It was a very annoying situation and I hope they get the issue permanently resolved. All in all, it was worth the wait this is a beautiful scent and I will enjoy wearing it this spring and summer.
