The important result is your peak LH ( the second line is as dark as the control line if you look at the urine stick and not the digital reader- usually you ovulate in the next 1-2 days) and that result shows on the screen as a SOLID smiley face aka it does not blink. I thought at first these were the same as their pink cap test that only show the peak LH so I'm glad I noticed there were two different smiley faces- blinking and a solid. These tests work well, results are quick, and are a good price! Easy but Not Eco-Friendly

I received the Clearblue Easy Ovulation Test Kit for free in exchange for writing a review. Overall, the 10 ovulation tests and 1 pregnancy test worked well and directions were simple enough. The tests were color coded so you knew which were ovulation tests and which was the pregnancy test. They stored easily in the box they came in. On the downside, I felt really wasteful using so much plastic and throwing it away. Compared to other small ovulation strips that I've used, these weren't as eco-friendly. If you want something simple, easy, and accurate, this is a great choice. I personally would definitely use this brand for pregnancy testing, but something else for daily ovulation testing.

Easy to use ovulation kit!

Thanks to Clearblue for sending me the Clearblue Easy Ovulation Kit through the BzzAgent sampling program! It's been a while since I've used an ovulation kit so once I was a few days into my cycle I made sure to read through the instructions. Clearblue makes it very easy with a chart that shows what cycle day to start testing based on your cycle length. My Apple Watch tracks my cycles and showed I have an average length of 27 days, so I started on day 9. It's recommended to test at the same time everyday. The instructions state you can test at any point in the day but also that you should have not urinated for 4 hours, so first thing in the morning made the most sense with my schedule. The tests are just like pregnancy tests and easy to use, you can either go directly on them for 5 seconds or dip them for 20 seconds. Results can be read between 3-10 minutes. I ended up with a few tests leftover because once you get a positive result testing is no longer needed for the rest of the cycle. For now I'm in the 2 week wait and hoping for a positive on the pregnancy test!

Great for tracking ovulation and trying to conceive.

I track my ovulation by temp tracking but have been intrigued to try ovulation testing and was excited to try this kit! It's very simple to use and has incredibly clear instructions to figure out when and how to start using it, based on your cycle. This is a convenient and helpful way to supplement temp testing and I will definitely buy the product again when I do start actively trying to conceive next year. I would buy this product again!

So upon opening the package, they look and test just like your regular pregnancy tests. The 1st 2 tests I messed up on because the directions say to hold under your stream of urine for just a few seconds. I must've missed or didn't pee on it long enough because with the 1st 2 I couldn't get a read. The next time I decided to pee in a disposable cup and hold the test in the urine for the necessary time. This finally worked and I was able to get the readings. The Clearblue Easy Ovulation tests were so easy to use once you get it down. It made finding out when I was ovulating so quick and easy. I absolutely loved that 1 pregnancy test was included as well. If you're looking to add to your family, I recommend Clearblue Easy Ovulation tests to aid in your journey!

It was a little confusing at first reading the results but once I got the hang of it I was able to read the test kit with no issues. It's the best Ovulation kit on the market

I just love clearblue products so much. While trying to get pregnant, this ovulation kit works so well to let me know when we need to try. They have a good amount of tests so you can keep testing every day until you get your positive. They are clear whether it is negative or positive. We are really hoping this is what will make a difference in me getting pregnant finally! Not every test I have tried in the past are as clear as these. Some of them you can't tell if it's positive but you definitely can with these. Even better bonus is that it comes with a pregnancy test as well when your ready. This is a great kit.

Not something I'd buy.

You need to begin taking the tests a certain number of days after your period starts depending on the length of your typical cycle. For me it was 11 days. The first test was a dud. Nothing happened, I pressed in the little screen on the front just trying to see if there was a cover or something I may have been missing. Nope. I pulled out the little applicator part and looked inside. There was blue but it never reached the actual screen. The second and third day it did go all the way to the screen and lines did appear. But the control line was light too, so I don't think it's much to compare to. These tests have a serious quality control problem. I have been taking various “urine on a stick” tests for decades. This includes the fancy digital ovulation kit by this brand, and many of the private label/store brand pregnancy tests. Never before this product have I ever needed to keep the stick in the urine stream longer than a few seconds in order to get a result. With these, I kept the test stick in the stream for the same amount of time as every other test, just to have no result at all. Three days in a row I got a completely blank window. Yes, I understand that other tests maybe chemically different, or that there’s the option to dip the stick in a cup of urine, but COME ON. This was my first time using the clearblue easy ovulation kit to get pregnant, and was really surprised when it actually worked! I had used the clearblue digital trying for a baby kit prior to the easy ovulation kit, and prefer this one. A lot more user friendly! Been trying to conceive for three months prior to using this kit. In conjunction with my period tracking app, it helped me narrow down the optimal days to test, while taking the uncertainty out of ovulating around abnormal cycles that get harder to predict ovulation. I definitely have my husband to thank in the conception department, but I also have clearblue to thank aswell 💙 At my yearly check-up with my Obgyn, she had suggested an ovulation test kit as well.
