UselessI am currently isolating and my daughter had bought me a fantastic jigsaw but it’s 68cm diameter. My daughter ordered this and just brought it downIt’s not worth the money . Nothing more than felt. It needs to have a less flimsy feel, the jigsaw won’t even settle on itI’ve put it straight back in the box and will be getting a refund

Mat was extremely wrinkled in box which made doing a jigsaw impossible. Very difficult to mat for storage without losing pieces and breaking jigsaw. Upon unrolling jigsaw was broken in places.

I never write reviews usually but after spending a few evenings on our puzzle we carefully rolled it up. When we unrolled the puzzle most of it had broken and a fair few sections were beyond repair (as you cant just slide bits back into position because of the felt) so we had to remove lots and then start those sections again :( Will be returning and hoping to replace with a folder type of puzzle storage

I bought this mat to be able to put an incomplete jigsaw away and use the dining room table. When trying to roll the felt with the jigsaw on around the tube, the jigsaw just breaks up and doesn't stay in tact - defeating the purpose of what I was expected to believe this mat was capable of - silly me. Also was expecting a bit more that just a piece of felt and a cardboard tube.
I just bought this and I am very disappointed. Firstly it didn’t come with the Velcro straps so I’m currently using a hair tie. It it’s a very bumpy surface and as a result every time I lean on the mat or try to roll it up it breaks up the puzzle. It is very hard to roll it up with out the felt coming loose and breaking up the puzzle and once rolled when you open it back up almost all the pieces are dislodged. Because of the texture of the mat you cannot easily slide the pieces back together as doing so causes more pieces to come apart.
It’s a great idea when constructing a jigsaw to have a mat that’s capable of keeping the puzzle together when you have finished your time working on it and need the space for something else. Was a bit sceptical but it really works so well.
It’s pretty poor quality unfortunately and hasn’t done its job of allowing us to put it away when we need the table at meal times. I should have taken more notice of other reviews. Buy cheap buy twice.
It’s ideal if you don’t have a large enough area to keep your puzzles out. So far it’s keeping what bits I have joined together in place when rolled up. Also you can place the rest of the puzzle in the tube if you so wish bearing in mind not to throw the box away. I would have given 5 stars if the lid was not broken but didn’t seem worth having it replaced. I bought this when on offer and no regrets.
I am seriously surprised at how bad quality this mat is, given that Clementoni make great, high quality puzzles.Not worth the money. It's just a piece of felt, not rigid backed in anyway, and doesn't even come with the velcro straps (that are pictured on the box) to roll and store the puzzle—which is the whole pint of this item.When you unroll your puzzle it will be in pieces! Does not do what it's meant to do—going straight back!Instant DO NOT BUY!!!
Good as a puzzle mat to leave the puzzle on while you are doing it.so you can move it around. Rubbish when you try to roll it though. I waited until after I was finished to try it out in case it ruined the puzzle but it just wouldn't roll properly.
