I added a seat to an earlier version of the Clicgear push carts and it was an excellent addition for slow play, as one can sit while waiting. Very easy to install and easy to take on and off the cart. Initially I used a tee to depress the button that releases the seat from its position on the cart. After using for a while it becomes very easy to depress button with a finger to release. In my experience, the Clicgear carts last a long time. I gave my 10 year old pushcart with seat, which was still working really well, to a friend just starting out in golf, and she continues to use it and the seat. I will be ordering a seat for my new Clicgear cart.

I've had a Clicgear 3.5+ for six seasons. Every year, I considered buying the seat. Last season, many courses removed benches from their courses due to COVID and I nearly broke down and bought one. I bought this because my six year old is going to start playing tournaments and I want him to be able to rest some.I am a big fan of Clicgear, they make quality products and accessories, but they are expensive. It would be nice if I didn't have to shell out another $22 for the soft seat cover after dropping $60 on a plastic seat.

It’s truly silly how long I have held off buying this seat for my Clicgear. I guess I was apprehensive about the difficulty of installing and removing it every time I golf. But it turned out that my worry was unfounded as it was a breeze to install the bracket and takes less than 2 seconds to slot the seat in and out of the bracket before and after each round. My legs will thank me for this investment. No more sore legs waiting for snail paced groups in front of me.

Perfect addition to your Clicgear buggy. Easy to install and very durable. A must have accessory to your buggy. Quality is very good. Easy to put on and take off. Also look at getting the padded seat cover as its very comfortable.

Is spring loaded, so seat pops up out of the way when pushing cart and decompresses when sitting stationary as the body weight is supported by the ground. Seat is a hard plastic, could be slightly wider for comfort, especially for females (soft seat cover sold separately). The engineering seems slightly unstable as it teeters slightly when sitting, but is most likely supposed to be this way to maintain some flexibility so it does not break, nothing major. This is a excellent comfortable sturdy seat.The conversion kit was easy to install on the existing Clicgear buggy. I found the 2 piece removable seat stores easily in my Srixon golf bag and also Just takes less than 30 seconds to set up on the Clicgear buggy. Value for money 5 star!
1. It took me sone time to add to my buggy, the engineering is of consistent quality with the buggy2. I purchased the seat because I have Osteoporosis in the knee and need a seat occasionally so that I am not in pain at the end of the round.3. The seat is low to the ground - but I can lift myself up by pushing down on my golf bag. You do have to be quite careful when using the seat by that I mean keep still. But it certainly serves my purposes that is why I rated 4.
A bit difficult to install as one person. Instructions left a little to be desired. Chair works perfect. Slips off easy when folding push cart up.
Easy to assemble with cart leaned to right side. Ingenious design, functional, and no significant weight gain (not felt while pushing at least). I use it especially while i’m stretching before my round. Calms me when i’m stuck behind a slow group:)
If you're getting older and still walking the course, kudos to you! The seat really helps especially if the course is backed up and you're waiting on every tee box. My playing partners enjoy it too! The seat is hard plastic but you can get a big exercise bike seat cushion to fit and it costs much less than the clicgear cushion.
