These Cliff bars are really good. I've been eating them for a few years and my most favorite is the crunchy peanut butter. I've tried other energy bars and Cliff has turned out to be my number one go to. I would totally recommend these bars. And what I like most about them is that they're packed with a bunch of nutrients that make this bar unique. I can bring it on the go if I missed breakfast. So I mean yeah, they're pretty good.

Delicious organic whole grain snack bars with fiber! So easy to grab as a quick snack when running out the door or for an after school option to hold off the afternoon snacking. Convenient to keep in the car also to avoid the fast food temptations while running errands. Although this snack bar is marketed for kids, adults will enjoy the bar cookie like texture and that these bars are not overly sweet. The chocolate chip and iced oatmeal bars were the favorites in our home with the chocolate brownie a close runner up. The first ingredient is oats/ oat blend which gives a nice chewy texture and fiber. These bars contain no high fructose corn syrup, which is a big plus to us. Me and my two kids tried each of the 3 flavors of these chewy granola bars. My 3 year old didn't care for any of them, but my 5 year old loved them. I also really liked them. I usually prefer kids granola bars instead of the adult because I like the size better which holds true for these as well. I appreciate how not overly frosted they are! I do not tend to like chocolate chip cookies, but my favorite of the three flavors was Chocolate chip. It actually tasted similar to the dough, which is the part I do like in the cookie. I also appreciate that the total sugars is 10-11g as that is something I watch when buying snacks for my kids. My second favorite was the Iced oatmeal. If I could ask for anything to be different, I really wish I could find a tasty granola bar without any trace of peanuts so I could send some to school. But, these will still be great to have as an after school snack at home and I already put a box in my shopping cart for my next order-pickup!

I find these snack bars convenient to carry since they are individually wrapped. These bars are based on oats and sugars. Wow—what a lot of sugar, from tapioca, to figs, to cane sugar and cane syrup. The high sugar and oat content means that these bars taste like sweet oats.A bit like oatmeal cookie dough, but not as fresh as homemade. There is nothing special about these bars but my kids liked them enough for me to buy them again (my kids are picky). We tried 3 different flavors that all sound like desserts (chocolate brownie, chocolate chip and iced oatmeal cookie).Obviously, this isn't healthy in the way eating some carrots is healthy, but when it comes to the "bar" (of the oatmeal-, or energy-, or protein-, or snack- variety), you could do a whole lot worse ... The new flavor (changed) is only average. The old White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Flavor was excellent. Should have never changed the recipe. I opened a box today that was the old recipe and it was the best. New recipe has less sugar but there is a big difference in the taste. Please go back to the old recipe. Have people sample the 2 and ask for their opinions. Old recipe would get 5 stars easily!!!!!!! My younger son won't eat the new recipe bar either. He noticed the difference right away.
This brand/product, CLIF KID ZBAR (36 ct. in 3-Flavors), has been repeatedly ordered here on Sam's Club online for its TASTE, CONVENIENCE, and VALUE. Our elderly parent just LOVES the ICED OATMEAL COOKIE flavor (a favorite!). Don't let the product title on the packaging limit or hinder you by thinking these bars are only made for kids/children. These little sweet power bars are also for adults and are great on-the-go, after working out, or just as a snack during the day or night. ALL flavors satisfy our desire for a sweet treat snack, and best eaten especially with a hot/warm beverage such as coffee or a coffee alternative (non-caffeinated). BIG BONUS: These CLIF KID ZBAR (36 ct. in 3-Flavors) are USDA CERTIFIED ORANIC!! (Unlike other bars, such as Larabar and other ... The first taste test was the Chocolate Brownie. Wow, it was just like eating a brownie too. I honestly could have ate a few more. Second was the Iced Oatmeal Cookie flavor. I was skeptical before trying it, but the joke was on me because it’s good. This reminded me of an oatmeal cream pie. Last was the Chocolate Chip and again great taste. This was like a soft chocolate chip brownie style cookie. All three are a nice size and not messy. The after taste is just as good as when I was eating them. There is oatmeal in each one and it is not over powering, all the flavors mix together nicely. These were also approved by a 17 month old boy and a picky 4 year old boy. The packaging is fun, easy to read and again approved by the boys. They like the boy skateboarding. I ... MoreThe first taste test was the Chocolate Brownie. Of course I’ll share. I am interested if these flavors are in an adult versions and if they are just as good.
The ZBar Clif Kids varieties are delicious, but not necessarily nutritious. The second ingredient in each of the bars is tapioca syrup, which is a more natural sweetener. This is much better than using corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup, but whenever a sweetener is the 2nd ingredient in a product, that's usually a sign that it's not healthy for you.For those parents who are looking for a better alternative to Chewy granola bars, this is it. The ingredients are organic, which means that glyphosate is not used in the production of the oats. From a comparison standpoint, I would choose this any day over the traditional chewy bars. These are quite yummy, as long as you remember that they aren’t a health food and are meant to be served as an occasional dessert.
This flavor used to be my favorite. It was a good breakfast bar for me especially when I had gestational diabetes 5years ago (my dietician did the calculation). I didn’t know the recipe was changed when I got pregnant with my 2nd. I bought a huge pack of them because I had gestational again and knew they were a safe breakfast for me on the go. It has been almost year (if not more) and I still cannot finish them because they taste so bad. They are now overly sweet and no longer contain any macadamia nut pieces. I am just going to toss the rest. I tried but I just can’t force myself to eat them anymore. I like the Clif Bar Cool Mint Brownie ones now. Please don’t mess with that one, Clif!
