I would recommend this product to anyone with acne and am a true believer in this acne line. No face wash has had the same effect and has made me feel like a whole new person. I no longer worry about people looking at my face in each conversation, or looking like I have a constant sunburn this product is truly great

If it were not for the OTC ingredient label, I would n't even be sure this has 2% Salicylic Acid in it! It's so soothing and moisturizing. It is literally THE BEST acne cleanser that I have ever used, and I've used them all! It foams up well with water, and removes excess oil without drying skin. It cleans well; although, it may or may not remove heavy makeup and sunscreen. I tend to wear a lot of heavy physical sunscreens, so I use a solvent first then follow with this for maximum treatment benefits. It's also SLS and SLES free! Thank you Clinique! If you're tired of drying your skin out with other acne cleansers, just do yourself and your skin a favor and buy this!

I came back in to Ulta with the intention of getting Dermalogica products, but the salesperson directed me to Clinique products. Ifind this works best after my other face wash. I noticed cystic acne would go away much faster. I am a Clinique fan. It started when I began getting uneven redness on my cheeks. I typically have great skin, but I still to this day don't know where the redness came from. I used Clinique redness solution line and seen dramatic results. I then transitioned to the smart line to reduce wrinkles and love it! But when I wanted to reduce some breakouts on my chin I decided to grab this since I love their other products. And this caused me to break out even more! I stick with it for about 4 weeks almost 6 thinking maybe the dirt was surfacing and would clear up soon, but no, I began breaking out on my cheeks, even my bf noticed and I mentioned I typically have great clear skin. I have tried many products that treat mild acne and have found this to work the best so far. It is suitable for all skin types; It does not irritate, nor dry my skin nor make it oily. It feels great to apply. It is highly effective and is best used as part of a simple 3 step daily routine with the other two Clinique anti-blemish products. After only a few days use I noticed a difference. When I run out and temporarily use a different cleanser my skin breaks out immediately. This is definitely my favourite anti-blemish cleanser.
I was looking for a new cleanser that was fragrance free and stumbled over this one, which also contains salicylic acid. I don’t have a huge acne problem, but I did have some stubborn acne on my forehead. After a month of using this product, it has disappeared. My skin has become really smooth and the stubborn acne has disappeared (after a bit of purging, of course). I find this product easy to use and not overly drying for the skin. The product is fragrance free, but does have a smell. It doesn’t bother me too much, as I rinse it out anyways. Overall, very impressed and will buy again.
