Follow a dot-dash-dot method to ensure ease and accuracy of application: Draw two dots on the upper lip's bow, a dash across the bottom lower lip and then connect all three. To extend color wear, fill in lips with a liner then follow with lipstick. Recap securely to protect the formula.
