Bring Back Even Better GLOW! Refresh Does Not Refresh
This foundation is heavy, settles into lines, feels dry, and the color is more orangey or yellow in tone even though I bought the same color. I returned it to the store. I am on my last two bottles of Glow in Cream Chamois, found on an auction site. I have not liked any of the Clinique foundations that were suggested as a replacement. I have no idea why Clinique keeps discontinuing customer favorites (remember Almost Makeup? You discontinued that customer favorite, too). How self-defeating! I'll have to look for a different brand for foundation. What a disappointment after being a Clinique-only customer for decades.... Show more

Exceeded my expectations
I have ridiculously reactive sensitive skin, for this reason I don’t normally use foundation, however at 60 years old, I was attending a major family formal occasion and wanted to look as good as possible in the many photos that were to be taken. For about 4 weeks prior I had tested many of the high end,top shelf and pharmacy brand recommended foundations for mature skin. Some I reacted to within 5- 45 mins. Others seem to accentuate my fine lines and some made the deeper lines look like canyons. When I tested the Cliniques EBR foundation after 8 hours without a primer, it looked as fresh and smooth as when I first applied it with zero irritation or itchiness. On the day of the event, I did use a primer first and a setting spray after completing my entire makeup. ... I applied my makeup at 11am and returned home at midnight, the result was incredible, it remained smooth and fresh despite dancing, eating and lots of smiling.Other guests even commented on how fresh I still looked late into the evening.I give this foundation an outstanding recommendation for the ladies with fine lines or deeper wrinkles. Thankyou Clinique, for a foundation that was non irritant and did what it claimed to do, also at an affordable price.... Show more

Fresh & natural look & feel
I've been using Clinique for many years. This foundation is one of their best. If you want heavy coverage though, it's not for you. It's more on the sheer side, however it gives a fresh and dewy look to the skin. It can slightly enhance lines under eyes but doesn't bother me too much. It feels great on skin and applies smoothly. A bottle lasts me months with almost daily wear as it spreads on skin nicely. The Clinique colour range is excellent and i like this one for my pale complexion. Tube/bottle is slim and takes up minimum space in makeup bag.... Show more

Gold Star for being SPF Free
Really like this product as it's one of the few on the market that does not contain SPF. I have skin reactions to products containing SPF and i really don't understand why it needs to be in makeup. If you want to wear SPF protection, you would usually have your own brand that you have chosen to wear on your skin. We do not need make-up companies to do that for us and charge us extra for the privilege. A lot of women who wear make-up do not really need the SPF protection, as they are predominantly working indoors. It is extra gunk on our skin than is not needed. If we are going to be outside long enough to need SOF protection, we can put it on under our make-up.Anyway, this make-up is very light on my skin and feels satin smooth. Holy grail for combo maturing skin!
I’m a serial foundation buyer, always looking for the perfect base and this is hands down the best foundation for my skin type. I have combination skin, quick to get oily but also often dehydrated, acne prone with scarring and pigmentation to cover. This foundation goes on smoothly, blends into skin flawlessly and after about 10 minutes to settle in my face looks natural but evenly covered. It has a skin like finish for me and I only need the tiniest drop to cover my whole face. Less is actually more with this foundation. It lasts amazingly well for me, my foundations usually separate and dry up after a few hours leaving me oily with flaky patches…not with this one! It looks smooth and even all day. I use a basic gentle moisturiser as a base and I set lightly with ... Absolutely no irritation or breakouts on my sensitive skin either. No fragrance. 10/10 I have no complaints and will keep repurchasing!... Show more

It was fun while it lasted
The first time I purchased this foundation it was directly from Clinique online and I absolutely loved it. I was excited that I had finally found the perfect foundation. The second bottle I purchased was from a different major cosmetic supplier in-store and was a bit let down because it was nothing like the first bottle of the exact type. I chalked it up to possibly being just a bad batch or even suspected it may have been sitting on the shelf prior to ending up in my cosmetic bag but still loved it so much the first time I didnt want to give up on it and decided to purchase it again through Macy's online with in-store pickup. Unfortunately the third bottle was worse than the second. At this point its too late to return it and would be inconvenient to do so anyways. ... I have been using Clinique foundation for 26 years and I am sorry to say, its more likely in my opinion it's an issue with Clinique versus an issue of where I'm purchasing it from and because of this I will changing brands of foundation. Twenty six years is a long time to have consistently purchased and relied on Clinique and I tried to stay dedicated but it's no longer a matter of being costly in a time of financial strain but it's become an issue with being bad for my skin and making my complexion look even worse. It was a nice run but I've gotta go Clinique.... Show more

My skin glows and looks healthy
I only just recently discovered this foundation. Every time I have ever gone to the counter no one ever recommended this to me. I cannot wear sunscreen and so many foundations have it. As I age my skin has gotten very dry. My favorite foundation with medium coverage, it masks small problems well. It has a somewhat matte/dewy finish and lasts all day. Blends well and adapts to the skin. For my skin, it is suitable for mostly winter or in the summer when skin is dry from the sun. Sufficiently moisturizes, does not emphasize imperfections and dryness of the skin. I love this newly discovered foundation.... Show more

Not great
I purchased this because Even Better Glow had been discontinued. This product is hard to blend because it dries quickly. I found it to accentuate any dry patches on my skin and did settle into the lines around my mouth, forehead and eyes. It also seemed to accentuate my pores. I tried it after cleansing and moisturizing and applying my facial sunblock. I may try adding a primer, but the original feel of this makeup isn't great. I was hoping for a bit more coverage than the tinted moisturizer but didn't feel the trade offs were good. Bring back Even Better Glow!... Show more

You're Glowing!
You're Glowing! That's what people said to me when I started using this product. I start my routine with cleaning my face in the morning using All About Clean Facial Soap followed by the clarifying lotion. Then I moisturize using Moisture Surge 100H and Moisture Surge eye 96 Hour Hydro-filler. Next, I apply this I'm not certain what others are using to apply this foundation, but I find that using a good foundation brush this spreads nicely and evenly. Once applied, I find this to be like a very good BB cream. It covers everything from dark circles to other skin discolorations with ease. Not to mention, this does plump up the skin, blurs those fine lines and moisturizes. Once you get the rest of your makeup on, you will see just how your skin glows and giving the ...
