Clinique for Men Oil Control Mattifying Moisturizer 100 ml

Highly recommended moisturizer for men. This one does a really nice job at minimizing the amount of oil on your face. I have combination skin so this works perfectly for me because I do have a oil but not a big amount and this does a good job at erasing it. I use it once a day because I have other moisturizers I use at night, but I can be used twice a day like it says in the directions. The whole men’s Clinique line is very good and it’s pretty affordable

My friend has very oily skin and this in combination with the charcoal face wash has made a huge difference to make his skin much smoother and take away all the shine he hated. Great product at a reasonable price. Controls oil for a matte, shine-free look. Oil-free hydration improves skin strength. This product is ideal for all skin types. This is a great product for men (and women) everywhere! Easy to apply and evens the skin tone. Very tacky and makes skin look and feel like porcelain. Makes any excessive shine disappear.

Better than anything I've used

I've used many high-end products including Aesop, Kiehl's, Malin + Goetz, and etc. I read about this product on some online editorial (maybe it was Mr. Porter - I forgot) and decided to try it.It's not like anything I've used before. It definitely moisturizes but your skin stays silky smooth, not wet like most moisturizers. The smoothness stays throughout the day without having to reapply. I've used the combination of the oil control exfoliating tonic along with the scrub.I used to break out a lot but not any more since I started using these. I realized that my skin was dry and produced excess sebum to compensate - my pores got clogged and led to breakouts. To make long story short, this is an excellent product worth trying once. For the man who needs to control oily skin

I have combination oily skin (forehead & chin) and dry and wrinkles under the eyes (I'm getting old). This moisturizer does an excellent job of controlling the oil and adding healthy looking moisture to my under eyes and the rest of my face. It always leaves me feeling fresh and looking my best. If you have problems with oily skin, this is the product for you. It doesn't dry out your skin, it just helps to control that oily feeling throughout the day.

My partner loves it!

My partner works FIFO and is always under direct sunlight. He has very oily skin and sweats easily - working on site, he wears safety hats which causes breakouts (hatline). He's tried so many different skincare products to combat the acne and oily skin issue - we've even gone to organic products but nothing helps. He finds that moisturisers tend to make his skin feel clogged and shiny. While accompanying me to Mecca, we decided to ask about products for men. The sales consultant recommended him this moisturiser to use during the day. He absolutely loves this! It really controls the oils and as described in its name, mattifies the skin. He says it feels light on his skin and that his face doesn't get shiny.

Nice Moisturizer, perhaps mis-named

This is a fairly creamy and modestly emollient moisturizer which I can't believe would control oil in any way. For me, that's a good thing but as someone who struggled with oily skin most of his life (now turning mostly dry), I feel I have to warn those with oily skin that this may not be the solution for them. Now for the good. I love the texture and how this glides over skin and makes it feel smooth and calm. It's the perfect moisturizer for my less dry t-zone. The ingredient list is quite impressive and omits alcohol or menthol or anything that tingles or burns. And no problem with it causing breakouts or redness. I would have never tried this based on its name but I got a free sample with an order and I have since ordered the full size. No Sagging

I started using this after searching online for a product that I had not tried yet. I came across this. I started using it faithfully because I hated coming home and looking in the mirror and notice how shinny and unattractive my face was. I have very oily skin and have been plagued with horrible acne ever since I think the very second my body recognized I had hit puberty. Perfect for Oily Skin and all day wear

I've been wearing DAILY for a little over 2 years now. I simply cannot go without it. Growing up I always had issues with acne and constantly used abrasive chemicals to battle the issue, resulting in dry skin that only made matters worse. I started using moisturizer but quickly found that I had to have a moisturizer that was oil free. Many on the market, but I was attracted to the "mattifying" label and the Clinique brand. Started using this and never gone back to anything else. I put it on each morning after a shower and wash and my skin stays moisturized all day while also controlling the oil. Definitely recommend. I only wish the price was less, preferable under $20. If I can find another product that works as well for less money, I would switch.

Redness in eyes and no hydration

I spot tested this moisturizer on my face to see if I would break out from it - I didn't, but everyone's skin is different, so don't rely on what I have to say, you'll need to test it yourself.I wanted to see if this would actually moisturize, though. I didn't need it on my whole face, so I tried my eyes and that was a mistake. I put it on all around my eyes, including my lid, and it felt good. It didn't irritate my eyes or anything and they looked moisturized. So, I went to sleep and the next morning I woke up with the reddest eyes you could imagine. I looked like I had pink eye - in both eyes - and people at school constantly asked me if I was high LOL. I was awful.
