I bought this cream for my son who has a bit of teenage acne. He tried another clinical product for 3 weeks without much improvement. so we tried this one and in 2 nights it has almost nothing left, the redness is reduced by more than 80% can't wait to see if it will also limit the appearance of new pimples

First of all on opening, it took quite sometime to get a mix of moisturiser and concentrate losing a lot of product along the way. I've used it about five times now and my skin has gone very dull and my imperfections more prominent, I have stopped using it and gone back to my old regime. I have been using Clinique for 35 years now and always loved it but beware,..... my skin has always glowed with Clinique products but you will get a disappointment with this product. Such a waste of money!

I really love the hydrating clearing jelly! Non greasy, soaks in quickly. Helps with breakouts. My only issue is with the imperfections cartridge. The red dye from the plastic had leaked into the product so red coloring is mixed in when its dispersed. I dont feel comfortable putting that on my skin, so the insert is useless.

This is such a great idea! Love that you can boost your chosen moisturiser with a serum to target any issues. I am prone to breakouts so I use the Dramatically Different Hydrating Clearing Jelly (which is awesome!) with the red iD cartridge for when my skin is getting a bit bumpy and I have another with the green iD for irritation which I use most days.
The red-anti imperfections serum is my favorite of this Clinique ID series. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all (the skin doesn’t become red after application) and leaves my skin feeling really fresh. Depending on your skin condition, the Clinique ID has options for all and it’s one of best moisturizers out there.
This gelee is the best it really pumps my skin. I will never be without it! It awesome to be able to add the cartridges, I've used several and the imperfections one works great. I used it mainly in the humid summer ime day and night to keep breakouts at bay or anytime I get a lot of breakouts and it controls things.My makeup goes on well over it too.
After try the hydration Jelly, the moisture lotion/gel+, the moisturizer Bb-gel. I strongly recommend to all of those oily but deshidrate skin concern about dark spots to try: Hydrating Clearing Jelly (blue) plus Imperfections cartridge (red one). It's non greasy, you feel your skin hydrated, and see dark spots fading away after 3 weeks with amazing results after 3 month...I also like how quickly I apply two products at once at my busy mornings.
Recently my skin has started acting up. Like terrible! I have never had skin issues and had no idea what to even try. After trying many other products I stumbled upon this. I paired it with the clearing jelly. I've been using this for a week and it has dramatically improved my skin. I have not had a single breakout and it goes on smooth and dries quickly. I am able to put sunscreen and makeup over it easily as well. Thank you Clinique!
I purchased the Red Imperfections cartridge with the blue Clearing Jelly. I'm 59 & have suffered from stubborn acne in my t-zone. Nothing I've tried has helped, even though I have a very regimented skin care routine. In desperation, I switched all of my skincare over to Clinique & stayed with oil-free products! This Clearing Jelly with the Red cartridge for imperfections has been a miracle! Within the first week, my skin quit breaking out! I now have totally clear skin for the first time in years! I'm confident going out in public without makeup! All I can say is "Wow"!
When I bought this product, I was experiencing a lot of redness and breakouts on my cheeks and chin.Since using the product, with the bottle the cartridge fits in the number and intensity of breakouts has reduced rather dramatically. The redness I was experienced is also mostly gone.
