Unfortunately it seems that Clinique has changed their formula. As a long time user I can say the texture of this product has completely changed. It used to have a moisturizing feeling without being heavy or greasy. Now it feels much heavier, bordering on greasy. It’s much more similar to the texture of the Clinique moisture surge overnight mask or the their moisturizing lotion . Now too greasy for my combination oily skin. So disappointing as the product isn’t cheap.

I purchased this after having sensitivities to Chanel, La Mer, and Charlotte Tilbury moisturizers. I had determined I am allergic to fragrance mixes. I tried this for a few days and it broke me out. After analyzing ingredients through one of the clean skin sites online, they noted irritants in the list of ingredients which also are comodegenic. I gave my skin a break for a few days, and tried again, controlling for any other factors. Same result. My face clears up when I quit using.

This used to be my holy grail of a moisturizer. It calmed and cleared my skin so well, it was amazing. Over the last year or two I noticed that it wasn't calming my skin, my skin didn't feel hydrated while using it, and it wasn't helping with redness. Turns out hyaluronic acid completely irritates and destroys my skin barrier and I can't use it. Unfortunately this has sodium hyaluronate and I can no longer use it after almost 8 years of using it. I'm so incredibly disappointed since my skin is so sensitive and this was one of the very few products I could use on it.

This is a great product for anyone with problem prone skin. Have tried numerous products in the past which have irritated my skin but this formulation is great for soothing issues. Clinique have had this cream for ages now so just hope they do not change or delete it. Goes great with the redness solution cleanser. Well worth a try. Can always ask one of the lovely counter ladies for samples to try before you buy. They have always been very friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest products ever, but you get what you pay for in this case.

I have never had redness before and I had no idea what it was. First time, I thought I had a skin burn. I had a chance to review "Redness Solutions Cream" while purchasing regular items like moisture cream and sunblock. I ordered "Redness Solutions Daily Relief Cream" and "Daily Protective" instead of getting regular ones, and used them. After one week, all redness is gone. I love them and get them even though I don't have redness anymore. Really works for me and I recommend them for newbies.

My face burns and gets red usually midday when the sun is at its peak.I have used several prescriptions from the dermatologist (several I can't use because they burn) and they give minimal results...as well as drugstore creams and lotions. I have persistent redness in my mid-face and chin, a long standing challenge due to diagnosed rosacea. My rosacea is treated periodically by my dermatologist with laser treatments. I am 70 years old and have tried many products for cleansing and soothing my skin, but this product and the associated cleanser have provided the most comfort and reduction in the appearance of redness that I have experienced. This cream is soothing and cooling AND helps to reduce the appearance of redness by morning. If I have a flare, I mix a little of this with Moisture Surge Intense 72 Hr. lipid replenishing hydrator and apply both to areas of redness in the morning under my Moisture Surge Sheer Tinted Hydrator with SPF 25. My skin is comforted and protected.
I am in pre-menopause which has caused some serious changes in my skin, including rosacea. I have tried many supplements and other skin care products however redness solutions kept popping up when searching for new products. I am a couple weeks in with daily use (also using the the cream cleanser every other day). I am starting to see the redness ease and clearing of some spots. My skin also feels much softer as I noticed it had become quite bumpy as well. Highly recommend if this write up sounds familiar, do give it a try. I have psoriasis and very sensitive skin, no issues or further irritation.
