Clio Kill Lash Superproof Mascara 02 Volume Curling

I received these mascaras complimentary from CLIO @clio_official and I'm impressed.Happy Wednesday 🌟 These are the Kill Lash Superproof Mascara in Sleek Volume, Volume Curling, and Long Curling (my personal favorite, pictured here). Since my lashes are super straight, I have to curl them and I often have a hard time finding a mascara that holds the curl. These mascaras did an amazing job not only holding the curl, but also staying in place the whole day with no smudging or flaking whatsoever. I have like 3 lashes 😂 and they're very thin but these mascaras made them appear fuller and longer. I only did two light coats and loved the result. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that they're not the easiest to remove. The cleansers/makeup removers are really good at removing my regular waterproof mascara fairly quickly and with no residue, but in this case, it took a little longer and I had to go with another makeup remover for the eye area. Other than that, I LOVED these mascaras and I recommend them if you have straight, thin lashes like me. But honestly I wouldn't use them on the daily. Just for when I want a more intense look.

Best mascara I have used so far

I was an avid Japanese Heroine Waterproof Mascara for a few years but it would always, always, always smudge for me no matter what I tried. I finally wanted to try another mascara and I am so glad I chose CLIO's! Unlike the Heroine Mascara, this barely smudges on my eyes and could last the entire day with me being outside or in school. The wand is thinner than most applicators I have seen so its fairly easy to put on the mascara. It does dry and set really fast so I find that I have to spend a lot of time whenever I pinch my lashes together to do the manga eyelash effect, but oh my gosh is it worth the extra few minutes to do my lashes! I don't feel the need to wear individual lashes anymore since this mascara already makes my eyelashes so long and prominent.

Best mascara for stick straight Asian lashes

This is the one. As an Asian monolid with stick straight stubby eyelashes that point straight down, it doesn’t get more struggle bus central with the panda eyes than me. My go to used to be urban decay cannonball, but then they discontinued it and I basically gave up wearing mascara. Let me tell you, this is way better than the UD cannonball.I live in Miami Florida and it is incredibly humid here. I also work anywhere from 12-30 hours at a time at the hospital. Let’s be real no mascara can last 30 hours…but 12 hours after being in the operating room all day? Lashes still curled and no under-eye smudging. Even at hour 24 there is a whisper of a curl left lol. I also go straight from work to the gym so I’ve tested it in humid sweaty Florida conditions. If I sweat ... MoreThis is the one. If I sweat heavily the mascara fades evenly and somehow doesn’t smudge at all under my eyes. And it doesn’t sting my eyes either.On top of this, the wand is thin and the perfect curved shape. It works on my barely existent bottom lashes. The forumula isn’t clumpy and doesn’t have fibers that fall into your eyes throughout the day. It also doesn’t irritate my eyes at all and I have sensitive eczema-prone eyelids.Please don’t ever stop carrying this product.

I now understand why these mascara are a rave. I tend to not like volumizing mascaras since it makes my eyelash look too weird (just personal preference). I have short asian thin lash and the long curling one kept it staying up for the whole day. It looks really natural and basically just added a nice coat to my lash which is what I prefer. It is easy to take off despite being superproof. The packaging is simple and the size it just like any standard mascara. If you have short straight lash like mine, make sure to really take your time to curl your lash. On my good day with proper lash curling, this will last but if you don't curl it all the way, your lash won't stay curled.

Love how this mascara truly lengthens each individual lash and help the lash stay up up. However, it is super wet and gets all over the eyelids if you're not careful. I usually use a spoolie after to get off the mascara. I would defin reccommend everyone to try it but I defin like the romand han one a little more! It is pretty similar and you can get it on yesstyle too. My favorite mascara however is the UKISS mascara. You can only get it on chicdecent but it is soooo good. It lengthens like crazy and is a drier formula so it doesn;t get all over your eyelid.

I bought 01 Long Curling & 03 Sleek Volume &... ♥

These mascaras are perfect for my fellow flat-lash girlies. I loved both 01 & 03!Here's my experience w/ each mascara:♥ 01 long curling gives a more natural & lowkey look- less clumpy & less thickening, but really lengthening (I think it has fibers)- slim curved mascara wand, great for my small eye shape♥ 03 sleek volume gives you a natural drama finish- tends to get a bit clumpy & thickens lashes, lengthens pretty well- thick curved mascara wand**Make sure to get an oil cleanser or good cleansing balm b/c this mascara is hard to completely remove with a regular face wash.

Omg, this is amazing! The mascara I usually use has recently been bothering me. I guess I never noticed before but recently it's been so cold and I have to wear a mask everywhere so the steam of my breath would literally melt my mascara off.BUT THIS... This is seriously waterproof. I've never gotten a waterproof mascara like this. The only thing is that you really need to use an oil-based makeup remover that is meant for removing waterproof makeup. I always use the bioderma micellar water and with that, the mascara doesn't even budge. So before you apply this make sure you have the proper makeup remover lol.So about the product itself. This is my absolute favourite mascara. I have tried so many. I have eyelashes that are strong and point straight, going down slightly. It is an absolute pain to curl them and have them stay lifted the whole day. To stay up, the mascara has to be light-weight, waterproof and long lasting. This mascara ticks every single box. The formula is great, it has never leaked. Moreover, it is exactly my style. It makes the eyelashes super long and flutter-y, separated and super pretty. Doesn't weight my eyelashes down at all and I have barely any lash loss when I take off the mascara. I got the brown one and the colour is so pretty and delicate looking. It came with a gentle curved brush that is quite sturdy but not too harsh, it's also a little flexible. Love the brush, it easily coats my eyelashes evenly and is easy to knock product off. It gets all the hard to reach corner lashes too. Since the brush is quite thin, I also haven't knocked mascara onto my cheeks yet. It doesn't have much of a scent either.I like the packaging, easy to put in a thin makeup bag. I will be buying some of the other mascaras in this line.

Super strong staying power

Once these go on they do not budge. I need to have separate my lashes immediately upon application to remove any clumping, because the mascara dries down quickly. Hard to remove completely - good thing they still look good the next day. These are hardly downsides however - staying power totally justifies it. No smudging at all, not even from residual on the following day. Brush is small and perfect for my asian lashes. I find that one (very thin) coat is enough. It's my go-to mascara now.
