Amazing. I was slightly sceptical about this but I bit the bullet and decided to order & I'm so glad I did. I've been straightening my hair daily for years, now I wash dry and straighten my hair and use the brush every other day. Loads better for keeping the condition of my hair as there is a variable temperature. It gets to temperature quickly. I can honestly say I have had no problems whatsoever with the original hot brush.

Am totally a C9 fan as have straighteners, hairdryer and light-up mirror but this brush made no difference to my hair - it doesn't grip your hair so if your hair is kinky it just glides through it leaving it kinky. My daughter did also try it as she is also a C9 fan, she said it did quite a good job on her bangs but couldn't justify the cost for those alone as again it didn't make a difference to her hair overall. We do both have thick hair so dont know if that makes a difference. Disappointed so will be returning...

Cloud Nine’s hot brush has made styling so easy for the times when I have just a few minutes to smooth out my hair. It glides through with no tugging and I actually can’t get over how quick it is. There is also minimal heat damaging as it’s not the same as two hot straightening plates against the hair which I love. It’s also so versatile as I can create soft curls too! Would definitely recommend this hot brush!

I purchased the original hot brush because we are going to Barbados next year and of course Barbados is 115 volts so none of the UK 240 Volt electrical hairdryers, straightners, hot air brushes etc will work. So I have purchased a dual voltage hairdryer for which there are many to choose from but when it comes to hot brushes/hot air stylers, these are very far and few between. However the Original Hot Brush is dual voltage 100 volts to 240 volts so as soon as I discovered that this was dual voltage/worldwide voltage I purchased the product. Hair is thick and coarse and have embraced my grey.I was Initially disappointed in this item as I hadn’t read the review and thought it was a brush hairdryer but I do use it the day after straightening for a few days.This helps keep it shiny and maintains the style of the hair will out re straightening .
This is great for adding volume but not necessarily to make your hair straight. The irons are much better for that. I have very thick hair so I took a risk with this purchase, i now use it the day after I wash and straighten to add volume back into my hair.The on/off button is positioned a little high as well so remember to hold the brush further down. I keep turning mine off by accident!
Easy to use and great for smoothing but I am disappointed to find that I can't get the ends of my hair to bend under or flick out... absolutely no chance of a slight curl. Even my hairdresser could only achieve poker straight hair with it. I didn't realise Cloud Nine make a range of brushes so I must have bought the wrong one for my hair :(
Not the greatest tool, I would not recommend. It doesn’t leave your hair smooth so straighteners are still needed . Disappointed as bought this for my daughter for Christmas. ( We sectioned hair and sprayed with the product provided ) .
I really wanted to love this brush as the concept makes it seem very quick and easy to manage hair. I have overall straight hair but love having it pin straight every day and was sick of the straightener, so thought I would give this a go. After a second use, I found a broken bristle! Remember I have straight thin hair, so this was a shock, that after the second use a bristle broke off. I reported this to customer services and they just said they would investigate it further, and offered a replacement. Why would I get a replacement without knowing when the next bristle is going to snap off!!
