I purchased the cloud 9 about 3 years for myself after using the GHD hair straightener for 9 years, until the cord because faulty and I decided to try something new after the cloud 9 was recommended to me. I was so surprised and impressed by how it made my hair feel. My hair is now a lot more stronger and im getting less breakage. Recently my robot vacuum cleaner ran over the cord and had caused the wiring to be exposed so I’m now in the market for another one. I will always recommend this brand to anyone who is looking for a long term reliable straighter that does the same as a ghd !

Very fast delivery and I chose standard delivery option. I ordered it Tuesday night and it was delivered Friday. Excellent product, just as described. The best hair straightener I have ever had. Much better than my previous GHD's. Hair is silky smooth and stays straight for days. This means I am straightening my hair less because it works to well. I like that it is light in weight and that there are multiple temperatures for you to choose from. Great product.
This product is perfect for if you have stubborn curls not only is it less go overs than the GHD Platinum+ but the plates actually get closer to the roots which means my hair looked more uniformed. The product does leave the hair with a more matte finish but that does not bother me. I’ve had this straightener for over a wk and love love love it. I researched a lot before buying it and found there were many negative reviews for the latest ghd’s and very little for this one. The only review I thought was risky was that one girl complained it didn’t curl her hair very well compared to her old ghd. I’ve found on my thin hair it curls beautifully and I have failed at curling with my previously cheaper diva which I’ve been using the past five years on and off. I’ve never been able to curl with the diva so I recommend giving this a go for both styles. No regrets!
The heat settings on this Standard Cloud Nine hair straightener are really good, I have dry hair and this is the only reason that I can use a hair straightener at all. It glides over the hair with ease, and the swivel cord is so easy to use, on the front and back of your hair. The Cloud Nine Standard hair straightener is a wonderful product, and makes my hair look like I have just come from the hair salon, I get a lot of comments on how good my hair looks. It makes my hair shiny and easy to manage, I am very happy that I Invested in this Standard Cloud Nine Hair Straightener. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a good quality hair straightener, at a reasonable price, you wont be disappointed with this purchase.
Cloud nine beats any other straightener on the market by a long shot! I bought one for myself back in March this year, lent it to my mum to try out & she is in love with it. So after only having used it on myself a handful of times my mum has now claimed it so I'm going to have to buy another. Lol. It's really awesome for my long thick frizz prone hair & for the likes of my mum with thin short hair is even better with the temperature control. Love it! Also this site sells them cheaper than they do here in NZ or on any other international site so you guys rock! Thank you
I bought this after a friend recommended it. Was cautious as it’s a lot of money….. but let me tell you! Worth. Every. Penny 🙌🏼I mainly use it to curl my hair and I’m so happy with the end result! I have thin frizzy hair so I put it on the second highest setting. Really happy with this!
